    I have been renting an apartment from ************************* for the past year and a half paying monthly rent of *******, I recently received a text message on Wednesday from another apartment manager ************************* stating that I need to be moved out before the end of the month of August and will be given 7 days to vacate the property, for harassment that has not been done, over a complaint that I had made for the up stairs neighbors above me for being and making loud noises throughout the night and a lot of traffic in and around the apartment complex. The last apartment that I lived in from the same landlord has had black mold, bed bugs, the apartment was filled with holes from water damage that was draining from the ceilings and no maintenance done about it, it was cold and not livable. I had signed a pervious lease with ****** and per the lease I should have at least 30 days to vacate the property, if there is anything you guys can do to help I would sure appreciate it.Thanks,*****

    I am sad that ***** would file this complaint instead of coming directly to me like and voicing her concerns, I have given her every break possible, including moving her from an apartment that experienced a lot of issues after she moved in at no fault of her own.  We literally, physically helped her move from one of our buildings to another at no charge.

    We have always tried to help her with her issues and she seem to have an inability to get along with the neighbors in the building, the last tenant above her was evicted due to ***** continuous complaints about that tenant.  Once the last tenant was gone, she immediately started in on these new tenants.  

    Kayla is no longer, so not sure what she wants now???
