      *** Seamless and Siding of Anchorage installed my gutters and gutter helmets. There had not been any problems until the gutter helmets needed to be removed and reinstalled by them because the roofing was being replaced. While there is a charge for this, I stated that I would pay them when the problems from reinstallation were corrected as the install crew had challenges in knowing what the crew did before them in order to do the work. They later corrected one problem and the employee stated that they would return to remedy what he saw as the helmets being incorrectly installed. They never returned but *** continued to send an invoice. As a result, the incorrectly installed gutter helmets became dislodged in the high winds resulting in damages. I have contacted them multiple times to fix the helmets as this is warranty work. I offered to pay half of the invoice before the work is done and the remainder upon completion. *** Seamless has not responded to numerous phone calls, emails, and photos of necessary repairs. This occurred last summer. While I understood a possible shortfall of employees and an excess of work, I don't understand why *** has ignored the warranty repairs and avoided all contact.
