  I had to take my pup in to be euthanized. The staff here was profession, compassionate, and very kind and considerate to my emotional state. They handled my pups body with the upmost tenderness and care. They made the process as painless as possible. My girl, ******, went fast and peaceful and without incident. I want to thank the staff at Midnight Son for making this hard time for me as peaceful as possible.

  Five years ago, my dog was having a medical crisis. I went to this clinic and waited for four hours. They told me I was next every half hour. I finally became frustrated and called my old vet 20 miles away. I have a 40 year relationship with him. He said come out right away. I proceeded to tell Midnight Sun that I was frustrated and stressed after four hours in my car with a sick dog being told your next constantly. I requested that they send my medical records to my vet. Five years later, my dog had another emergency. I called my vet but he had surgery all day. I called Midnight Sun and they said to call in the morning. When I did, I was told that because of my "abuse" I was not welcome there and to find another vet. I proceed to do just that but called Midnight Sun back after to discuss their slander of my name. I was told that if they choose to tell other clinics and people that I was abusive, it is so no one else is treated that way. She was short and rude and judgemental. I was calm, controlled and factual. They refused to acknowledge that being stressed and wanting care for your dog is hard and emotional. They went as far as to try and stop me getting care else where and acting illegally by defamation of character and spreading rumors. I never curse or yell so I'm 100% sure I only express frustration while under duress in a civil manner. When I asked how I "abused" or "did I curse or yell" she said she could not tell in the notes. I know i didn't when I asked. Moral of the story is do not go here if you are the slightest bit upset about your sick animal. If you step out of line according to whoever is working standards, not only will they blacklist you and no care for your sick animal but they will try through records and calls to make sure you can't get emergency care anywhere. Not now and for many years to come. They have no understanding of defamation of character and its legal recourse. They do not care about the animals or harming you
