      Helpful staff. This is a counseling office. The lead here spent a lot of time working with people arrested for domestic violence, child abuser and *** offenses. She also does assessments. Now they also see people who don't have issues with violence. I watched their staff interact with people of different types of backgrounds. They were polite and respectful with everyone. Even when one person came in aggressively and they had to get him to leave. He was still treated respectfully and told he could come back at another time. I would not have been that patient. I don't know why they spent so many years working with people who do such awful things and who are ungrateful for the time they spend in their programs. I think Ms. *** should use her time, energy, education and talent working with people who want to make changes and need to heal. She has been doing God's work and not getting a lot of thanks for it. My time with her saved me from a dark place and I will always be grateful. She is personable, funny, knows what she is doing and a gift to our community.
