    I moved out of state to ****** and started service in May. I work from home and need reliable internet to do my job. I have paid 132$ every month for service, I only receive about ***** mpbs, its not strong enough signal to even work from home. I loose internet every day I have paid this company over $500 for a service that I am not getting. I have been calling for the last three months trying to get help or cancel my service, all they will do is keep sending technicians out to try and fix it and nothing ever happens. The internet is not working at the location I am at, there is not enough signal to do my job. They will not cancel my service, the equipment is still on my house and damaging my roof and they continue to bill me every month. This is fraud, and this company needs to be investigated. You need to cancel my service, adjust my billing balance to $0 and come and get your equipment. This is abuse and fraud.

    Thank you for reaching out through the Better Business Bureau. I want to extend our sincerest apologies for the frustrations youve experienced and appreciate your patience as we work to address your concerns.


    After reviewing your account, I see that we performed a service visit a few months after your installation to improve your internet connection, during which we installed a taller mast to enhance the signal. At the time, our technician confirmed the service was operating to your satisfaction. However, we understand that challenges persisted, particularly with the use of a VPN for your work, which may have affected the connection in ways that are outside of our control.


    Please be assured that we have canceled your account, cleared the outstanding balance, and completed the removal of our equipment on September 10th. We deeply regret that our service did not meet your expectations, and we have done everything possible to resolve the situation.

    Constant problems with service / internet access. I've been told by personnel on the support line that the company oversold access to towers and can't manage the volume of customers. They never have a solution on the tech line (we are working on it, nothing to do right now). Ongoing on an almost daily basis. Tech line routinely says "0 in line" but wait times to talk to someone still in excess of 30 minutes. No solution for long or short run ever proposed. Charging excessive 112/month for this crappy service.

I wanted to thank you again for reaching out to us on December 7th regarding the problems you were experiencing at that time. As I stated this was very helpful to us in identifying the problem which was upstream from your location, and implementing a fix. As I mentioned this was not just impactful to you, but to other clients. We were able to resolve this issue fully by December 9th.

    With regards to your historical sub par experience, I will be having my support team investigate further to see if there is anything that *** be impacting your service on a more sporadic basis, in the mean time please don't hesitate to email us at ********************** if you experience any disconnects or degraded service to better assist us in tracking this and fixing it.

    This business has failed ** multiple times. They keep charging us when they have not provided internet for over 3 months after multiple conversations with customer service and management. they keep putting off the service date to come check us out and help out. all the while billing us thinking they're going to rack the bill up. lawyers will be utilized if this action doesn't cease and they correct the bill. We will not be paying them and we will be ripping down the equipment and returning it to them. We have given them multiple chances and they are going to lose two customers not just one
