    Complaint and Review: On July 17, 2024, our ****** Wonder cruise ships first port stop was *********, AK. I shopped at soaring eagle native arts store and purchased two items. One item I was able to carry out the store with me and the other heavy item had two parts to it: an acrylic art piece (with 3 orcas) and a blackbase light stand was way too heavy to carry back so the merchant offered free delivery with my credit card payment. I received the art piece by **** on 7/27/24 without the 2nd part a blackbase light stand. I reached out to this merchant via text message on this same date. *** from this business indicated by text message he has shipped the missing item but has not yet provided me with proof of shipment and tracking information to my direct name and address. Its been 5 business days since I communicated and continued to communicate thru today August 2 by text message for proof of shipment and tracking number information. I am not getting a response with the proof of shipment information. After reviewing this company on your BBB website I see they have a history of problems with customers buying merchandise from this store and not responding to customers or not shipping items purchased. I will report this here to BBB as well as the ****** Cruise Ship line I traveled. I am hoping the merchant soaring eagle native arts does right by their business. Kindly, **********

    I purchased a table in August which was supposed to be delivered to me in ******* in November. I've been calling them for a month to find out if they're going to deliver the table as promised but no response. After I disputed the charge with **************** because I never received my merchandise, they told **************** I took the table with me. I was on a cruise, so that would have been impossible. This business stole my money.

    Visited Soaring Eagle 18 Aug 22, spent $1,365.00 with the promise of shipment or drop of when they were in the lower 48 ******.Delivery has not been made, several phone calls made in Oct one in Nov and now they are not answering phones.After reviewing ******** seems this shop is a complete ripoff. We just want our purchase delivered.***************************** ******** **
