    This daycare is closed from Dec ***** as disclosed in their parent handbook. When I realized that they would closed a whole week, I inquired if the dates from ***** would be deducted from tuition. The organization responded with no it will not be deducted from the tuition because even though they will be closed, they still have expenses that they need to pay. I called the academy after I received this response since this was via text message on the app. Ms ******** the director at the academy said thats what her boss told her to say. I said I know your boss is in the lower 48s and I have emailed her before about another situation and she has never responded to me. I told Ms ******* that I would really appreciate if she would call me and talk to me like a human being. She said she would call her and let her know to call me. I still have not received a call from her boss. The tuition is about ****, we received child care aware, and with that, we end up only paying $850 a month. I dont believe I should have to pay for tuition during the ***** since those are not approved holidays off.
