    Poor employee retention, lack of leadership, accountability, cleanliness, guidance, never follow curriculum or provide teachers with curriculum, cheap with providing employees with cleaning and school supplies, awful company culture, employees spend their time gossiping while the leadership spend theres in the clouds, previous director (Mrs. ** never answers calls or handles situations and their first director (Mrs. ** belittles her employees, fosters a toxic work environment, and uses funding for her own personal use. Mrs. * left the *32333035333834303332* in complete disarray and ran off with 50k COVID-19 ************* towards her retirement fund.
