    I contracted with Carrie Driver, a Photographer in *****, ******, at Bare Skin Boudoir, to take photographs on June 19, and provide me with the Siren Collection as paid for and specified on her website (see original receipt for Siren Collection for $3990) which at the time I paid consisted of a 25 image 8x10 signature album, 16x24 metal wall art, and a phone app of all the images. I then upgraded to the Seduction collection for an additional $1060 (total $ ****) which at the time I paid consisted of a 35 image 9x12 Elite Ultimate ***** with Box and Folio Upgrade, a 20x30 metal Wall **** ***** Matching Digital Files, and App of ***** Images. Despite numerous emails, texts, and attempts to contact her on her HoneyBook site I have received none of these products from Carrie. The only communication I have received from her since the shoot was the day after, and then once earlier in the summer to ask what ***** cover I wanted. I did initially receive the phone app, but on August 31 this was removed as well. Though I specified I wanted to have approval of any images used on her advertising/websites, without this process occurring I found my photos on her website. I would like them removed. I have screen shots of all communication with her if you need/desire. I have attached the receipts, the contract, and screenshots of the collection prices at the time of my purchase. I would like all products as promised delivered in a timely fashion. If this is not possible I would like my digital images and a partial refund as appropriate to the cost of the digital images alone. If this is not possible then I would like a complete refund. Regardless I would like to see the BBB take whatever action is possible to address these fraudulent business practices.

    I had a photo session 6/15/2022. *** reached out numerous times & havent been responded to. I am disappointed how my session start time was pushed back so much & then felt so rushed. I have spent $7,200.00.Carrie said her car wasnt working & had to borrow a friends car. I understand car troubles & did my best to be patient & flexible, but I dont believe I got the experience I paid for. I will attach my precession consultation notes.We didnt start at 9:30 AM as discussed & we didnt go until 5PM either. It was 7:30 PM when Carrie was ready to meet & gave me the directions where to go. We didnt get started until 7:50 PM. I was back in my hotel by 10:30 PM.?I was told the bath set would be ready by the dare my of my shoot, & be free/included. I had chosen beforehand to do the bad kitty ******* shoot, & before she made the change to her shooting method from indoor & outdoor shoots, to doing them separately, it was very clear it would be both an in studio & outdoor experience.? We only did the outdoor shoot.My ************* were rushed. My makeup was messy in the photos. I dont even have eyebrows drawn on. The lipstick is non existent in the photos. The eye makeup was flaking off & on my bottom eye lids. Included in the price there shouldve been a hairstylist & a make up artist. Carrie was the one who did both. My hair did look fine, but the make up was not good.My pictures in the app show my flaws very clearly. Ones I stated that Id like to be edited or avoided. The **** on my cheek where I had been punched is not edited in multiple pictures. In some of them the direction where my eyes are looking is weird & I think more direction couldve been given. In a few of the photos I look sad & I think I couldve been coached better in facial expression as advertised.I havent been contacted to choose photos for printing or received any package items paid for. She didnt deliver her best. I feel very sad about the experience & the money loss.

    I had a photo shoot done with her in July. I had a reveal appointment and picked my 12 photos. I paid for a package that included digital images with printing rights and some prints and other products. Since then she has not contacted me or updated me. I have tried multiple times to contact her to get my pictures and she has not responded. Her phone is now disconnected. I have made contact with another woman who she did the same thing to and found out there is a group of women she has swindled. She is running a scam. Taking vulnerable pictures of women and taking their money and then ceasing contact and not delivering a product.
