Left voicemail.3/22/22 Employee emailed checking on order. He received no response.4/21/22 Employee made follow up call. Left voicemail.8/3/22 - Employee made follow up call. Left voicemail.8/4/22 - Employee made follow up call. Left voicemail.8/12/22 Owner called. Left voicemail.8/12/22 Owner emailed to check on order. Received no response.8/16/22 Owner called from cell phone. Left voicemail.09/16/22 -Owner called Midnight Sun Metal multiple times with no answer or call back. -Employee called and sent an email with no response. -Owner commented on a Midnight Sun Metal ******** post and said, Time to start answering your phone. We paid for rmax doors in December with no reply to emails or refund. Im getting sick of this. BBB is getting contacted. I suggest you contact back. 2:15pm. Within 15 minutes, owner's comments were deleted and commenting was restricted on the post. At 3:05pm, ********************* (owner of Midnight Sun Metal) messaged owner and said, Hi ***** Ive been waiting on the last of the upholstery my upholstery guy ghosted me and took a bunch of money I reached out to a ton of outer upholstery shops and found one that would do them . *** getting a sample one from them today I will keep you updated sorry for the late response I have no control over the business page thats why Ive been only posting on Instagram fb wont fix the problem. Im trying my best man and understand the bad feelings Im doing everything I can to get everyone their stuff I have all frames in my office and few sets of 4 seat canvas no 2 seatersOwner requested a refund.12/1/2022 - ******************* still has not received the doors or a refund for our order. We have given ample time for Midnight Sun Metal to make this right and they have not. We want our $2,062.50 refunded as soon as possible.

    On December 3rd 2021 I ordered a set of doors for a ****** side by side from this company. The ordered was paid in full on that same date. It was paid with a **** card. The total was $1012.50. In the first couple months it was explained to me by phone from the business owner (*********************) that they were having trouble with one of their suppliers. As a fellow small business owner I completely understand this. I continued to try and be patient and was willing to work with them towards a solution. It has now been over 7 months and I cannot get anyone to talk to answer the phone or respond to me on messenger. I believe that this business is building good products and doing good work from what I can see on the internet. I do not wish to bash the business or give them a hard time but I feel that I deserve either a set of doors or my money refunded. At the very least I deserve an explanation. Thank you for anything you can do to help resolve this situation.
