      Absolutely the WORST company ever!!!!! The people they have working our route have to be the laziest and stupidest people I have ever seen. A child could do a better job than these people. They are going to empty everyone else's trash but ours and then drive off but yet they want their money paid on time. This company is a **** joke and should be shutdown.

      I called to start service on August 28th. I was told I would receive a can in about ten days. I called after 10 days because I had not received one. I was told cans were ordered and would be in on September 16th. On September 17th I called to see if I would be getting a can. Once again I was told they were ordered and nobody knew when they would be there. It is now September 29th and I have no can. I have to try to find places to throw away my trash without getting into trouble. This is ridiculous. Im sure they have some used cans they have picked up that they could bring. I wish I had another option for garbage service.

      There has been an on going issue for several months. Have record where I have called several times regarding our garbage pickup. Each time I have been told there is either employment issues, equipment issues, that you dont know why the driver is missing our road, that the garbage truck is full, and that this has been an issue for some times. Each time I am told that this is being passed up to supervisor or management and still nothing is being resolved. I have called about twice a week since the first of September and it is now going on 3 weeks and the garbage on our Road on ************************ AL still has not been picked up. All the garbage cans are over flowing and animals are scattering garbage all over. This is ridiculous and I think everyone on this road needs to be credit since we have already paid for services that we are not receiving; now exterminators that we are having to hire to get ride of the varments that are now coming in since we can not get anymore garbage in the can and the county needs to charge you for the clean up in our area to clean up the mess that this is created.

      Well they completely skipped my entire street. Called them and was told "It'll be resolved next week.", then am I going to get a discount on my payment? ****. So now every house on my street is stacked with overflowing trash bins. Great. Fantastic. I have no clue why the city of Arab, AL chose this disposal company, but its not great. I imagine it was the city's cheapest option. Very poor service.

      ADSI has not picked up our trash in our community for two weeks. Everyones trash is piled up at the road. When we call they tell us they will pick up on the weekend due to truck issues, but never do follow through. Now they wont even answer the phone. This makes our community of ***** in *********************** look trashy and could keep people from buying homes or moving here.its also frustrating to pay for a service and not have them actually provide said service.When I try calling to check back with them this week they never even answer the phone .I wish we had another trash service.

      Arrow Disposal needs new management because when i pay for my trash to be picked up it is suppose to happen! The service I receive causes me to NOT want to pay my bill! I see all kind of bad reviews about this company something needs to happen you are suppose to serve the public!

      Terrible company! Late pick up on 5/10/2024, 5/16/2024, and No pick up on 5/23/2024, even though neighbors got picked up. Requested Manager, *************************** to call me, to no avail. Have since sent letters to *********************, Etowah ***************** for my district, ( ***********************, and customer ********************** email at ********************* *********************************, I urge everyone else to do same. I believe *************************** purposely told driver not to pick up our garbage on 5/23/2024, hence leaving a full container over holiday weekend. I will also be sending letters to ***************************** and ***********************, owners& CEO'S. I encourage All customers to contact your districts commissioner, you can find them on ************* web site. Send your emails, and also send letters!

      Terrible customer **********************. Called and never was allowed to talk to a manager. They would never solve the problem. The issue was from their mistake and we were the ones that got punished for it. I know multiple customers have had issues with them

      Arrow picked our garbage can up from non-payment. Two days later we paid the $165 fee to have it returned. Arrow told us that it would be 7-10 business days, if not sooner until our can would be brought back to us. After 10 days of no can being brought out, I started calling customer ********************** about the situation. They told me the can would be brought out the next day before the end of the day. It took me calling many times to get an answer for that response and multiple complaints. This is the end of the 13th business day and still no can. We have garbage that has been building up for several weeks and can't dispose of it because of this situation.
