      . The company has failed to pick up our trash for 3 weeks. They have progressively gotten later and later for the past two months. After getting in contact with them 5 times and them promising to pick our trash up they still have failed to do so. We have requested our last payment for their service to be refunded and have let them know we will no longer be doing business with them. We feel like this business should be looked into.

      The price shot up to double when our city swapped to this company, and the garbage has MAYBE been picked up on time twice EVER! We pay the bill and theyll discontinue service if not, of course. But what exactly are they charging for? Leave your trash to the point its overflowing and falling out of the can? Not pick it up for two weeks straight? This is truly a TRASH COMPANY

      *** called for over a month trying to get a new garbage can because the workers dont care enough to securely put it back, so it rolls down my yard and breaks the lid off, this is the 3rd time THIS YEAR! Usually they bring me a new can, but this time Ive called every week all through October and November and Im told by the lady at the front desk they will drop a new one off next trash day. Never happens. Yesterday I called the same lady she told me ide receive a can within 24 hours. SHOCKING! Still no new can. I assume they are never bringing me a new one. The can is still laying out on its side on the side of my road with the lid completely broke off. All of this could be avoided if their employees would respect their work and place the cans back securely, or really just ANYONE at the company actually caring sad, 0 stars and I pray one day another waste company will come around so my community can have a proud provider for this service. I cant believe this company steals my money on a quarterly basis, they should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

      ****************** was delivered a new cart yesterday 11/21/2023. The local manager was also contacted about this address.

       

      ****************** lives on AL HWY 75 which is a busy road with heavy truck traffic. It was decided that in the future the crew will push ****************** cart farther back up the driveway to hopefully avoid trucks blowing the cart into the ditch, avoiding damage. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      This is the absolute worst garbage service EVER!!!! Every week I have to call because they skip my garbage. They get everyone else's and mine is out by the road like everyone else! I call the next morning and it's the same story or I will let the manager know and they NEVER SHOW UP!!! I pay for a **** service ! But still have to call to get that service! It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to go through this every other week! It's always and excuse or they or short staffed or a truck is broke down. No is lazy workers not wanting to do their job! Adsi YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Missed my trash on Wednesday 10/4/23 I called the same day they were in my neighborhood and the lady stated they would let the manager know and should be picked up that afternoon. I got home and they did not pick up. I called back 10/5/23 and was told they would let the manager know. No one is communicating with me. I called back 10/6/23 and she said she would let manager know. I advised I dont have much faith in that as the previous two people said same thing and nothing. I asked about a credit since they are not providing the service I paid for. She stated no credit and I questioned why she transferred me to supervisor *****. I left her a voice mail and still have not received a call at the time of this review. This is not the first problem I have had, they were never picking up on the scheduled day. That has since been resolved as far as I can tell.

      Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Since Albertville switched to this alleged company we've had to call 7 times out of 7 weeks. They also block emails. Minimum of 5 days late each week and that's only because we call. I've hauled more trash off than they pick up. Why is someone so committed to not fixing a problem making money for me to do their job. It's the same flowchart excuse each time. "We are low on drivers". Cool. So is that a ghost I see driving the truck each week that rolls right past my street and picks up all the trash from EVERY SURROUNDING STREET? Nothing would make me happier than starting a petition to go back to our previous company. A few times, especially at first, can be chalked up to growing pains. 7 out of 7 is past accident and entering on purpose territory. I bet if my trash ended up where this mysterious manger who supposedly "makes a note" every week parks their car it wouldn't sit there for 5 days would it? Nah it would get picked up fast, gone thru to find my address and charges filed. Bet you'd find my address and remember it real quick since it inconveniences you.

      We have had Arrow Disposal in ***********, ** since Memorial Day weekend. This is now the 4th of July weekend. Our trash has been picked up twice(the first two weeks) when it was suppose to be. Our normal pickup day is Friday. I called just this week to verify my pickup day was indeed still Friday since they seem to miss me every week for the past three weeks. They told me it was. Guess what, Friday 6/30 came and went, no trash pickup. The last three weeks they ran on Tuesday and I'm guessing that's only because my neighbor and I call numerous times on Mondays when we get missed. I've had Arrow Disposal for appox 5 weeks now, have talked to them more than any trash pickup company we have had in the 23 years living here. I am beyond frustrated. I am having to load trash bags up in my vehicle and dispose of them at local dumpsters. There is no local person I can speak to, only customer ********************** in *********(south *******), I'm in North *******. We are going on vacation, leaving on 7/2. We have friends house sitting for us all week and the garbage can is full. I guess they'll have to load up their trash and dump it elsewhere thanks to the incompetence of this company. I'm sure this issue will be rectified long term, but I have exhausted all means to handle this politely. I only leave 1 star because it is making me choose a star.

      I have experienced mulitple missed trash pickups in ****, ******* over the last year. I have called and asked if there was a problem and have been nice up to this point. I My trash was to be picked up on May 23, 2023, a Friday. I put the trash out Thursday night and today is May 30, 2023. I called and left a message, an finally reached a person. She was polite but had no answers. I requested a copy of the contract I have with this company and they told me I they didnt have a contract. Its really funny that I filled out a form with my bank information but they can not give me a copy. It was a denial of giving me a copy of my documents with this company. My bill is paid automatically by autodraft and the last payment for the three month period was April 11, 2023. So to tell me they do not have a contract and I need to contact ********************** about it. I did contact PCC and on their website it refers any questions and information back to Arrow Disposal Services website. Soi the employees were sending me on a goose chase because they did not want to help me. I have also called at one point because my trash had not been picked up on Friday and clomplained about it and the fact that my trash can has been rolled into the ditch and has been left in the middle of my driveway where I had to get out of my car on the road and move it, which is not safe. I have tried to be understanding but enough is enough. I am paying for services and am not getting them which is set up by Arrow Disposal. I wanted to leave a no star rating but it will not let me.

      After reviewing ********************** complaint I regret to admit that she has not received the service she deserves. We have experienced labor issues that are no fault of hers. I had the area manager contact ****************** to let her know our concern about her problems and our willingness to make it right. She will be given a full quarters credit and we will strive to do better.And we are sorry for the service she has received.

      I appreciate the response, however, I did not write this review to get any money back. I want the service that I pay for and have already paid for in the future. I have received a call from one of the managers. Business is business and everyone is not perfect and I understand. I do not like being lied to by employees nor do I care for all the fluff. Please just provide the service for myself and others, on my road CO RD ****, who signed up for and the day you chose for us and you will never hear from me again. Thank you again for your response, I do trust the service will be better.

      My Mother is 84 years old an this company is taking her money for no service...I have called to speak to a manager or supervisor an the phone has been hug up in my face several times.. This is bad business an we will be canceling this service soon..Just spoke to Mrs.***** after several attempts to get this problem solved an she has told me they are going to fix it...We will see in the next few days

The local manager has physically driven to the address and made sure the route driver was aware of the issue, and new cart was delivered on 5/18 @ 5:00 and she has been given one months credit to her account for the inconvenience.
