He agreed to move my double wide mobile home for the sum of $6000. He did a good job moving the home but the problem was they removed the siding on bath ends of the home, tore down or tore off trim when preparing, they did not have to remove. Broke it and it could not be reused. I moved from utility pole, water pipes, sewer lines, central air unit and never went back to get them. I had to go get them. They broke water lines, instead of cutting them. I had to have ****************** and Cooling and Elkmont Heating and Cooling come out to check it. Both told me it would be cheaper to buy a new unit than to fix my unit that was ruined. The workers did not put down plastic under the home. Missing rings for duct work. They cut the carpet instead of taking it loose. I had to hire a person to put the siding back on, get a new utility pole, sewer lines, water lines. I will need to buy a new A/C unit. I&#**;m mad how they just ripped down everything.

8-7-2024 ***************************** called BBB, she says, her friends at ****** wrote the complaint letter for her. They wanted to help her. One of them is an attorney. ****************** also said your workers cut the wires too short on the air conditioner and they will not connect. She has finally got a window air unit in the bedroom but the rest of her home is hot. She desperately needs her air conditioner repaired or replaced, the trim replaced that your worker damaged and a refund for the metal rings for the duct work that came up missing.
