      NOV 26 2023 We purchased a power lift (sitting standing) desk at the online Steelcase store.The order took several months to arrive. Once it arrived, several parts were missing.We have contacted the store by phone and email. We requested the parts and the majority of the missing parts have arrived after several months.However the main component that includes the power delivery system that runs underneath the desk has not arrived and the comparny does not answer our emails.At this moment the desk in not functional and unusable. We will like to get a refund or the power delivery strip that is needed to make it functional.

      I ordered this chair because the stated height is 16.5 from the floor. I called customer service prior to ordering just to confirm as well. When I received the chair it was scratched and knicked in multiple spots. And the chair does not lower to the stated height. The lowest it goes is *****. This is the entire reason I purchased this chair. And is a huge issue as I require my legs and feet to be properly aligned due to a disability. I immediately reached out and have been given the run around for over 2 weeks. I never received a resolution, except theyd send a new chair, THIS does not solve the issue as the chair specs are incorrect. In the mean time Ive had to buy a new cylinder and new chair glides to reach the floor, as I work from home. There is a low cylinder option which I will need to purchase as the current temporary one does not allow casters. I asked for a refund and was told the best they could do is 10% This is terrible customer service and not what anyone should expect for a $1500 chair
