    Paid $23.89 for a visor on ******. I have called the company multiple times and they keep saying my visor is on the way. Last few times I have asked to speak with store owner or manager and they would not put them on the line. They keep saying they were boxing my visor up and sending it out today. I asked them to either send me a refund or a hat. Nothing has been sent and they will not help. I have attached a copy of the receipt. They know who I am because of the number of times I've called.

    We apologize for the delay and issues with your order. There was a breakdown of communication on our end. 

    I will personally make sure it gets sent out to you and we issue a refund for the order ASAP. 

    I will follow up via email once I have taken care of both the make sure they are received.

    I still have not received the visor. This is the same thing they have been telling me for a long time. It's on it's way.

    I have requested a refund OR the product that I purchased and no one is responding to me. This is very disappointing and someone should be held accountable for their actions.
