    Terrible staff, I have been staying here for over a year now and they are very slow went it comes to tenants response. I have in recent times been having a on going issue with them since august about my AC being out in my apartment and they have yet to fix it, it is now November and after being lied to countless amounts of time about them fixing this issue has been the last straw. Today on November 6, 2022 I come home to a hot home and cannot do anything about it, they have also taken my window unit out for me to have a second option at air now Im in a uncomfortable apartment after a long day of work. Not to mention theyve called the police on me for trespassing when I came into the office a month ago to get an explanation on why its taking so long to get this issue resolved and they wanted authorities to ****** me off the premises when Im a paying resident here and frankly I dont know what to do at this point because Im trying to avoid more conflict so Im coming to you guys for help. Further more Id like too add they over pricing me for the rent of my unit when Ive been receiving poor maintenance service, nun of my bed rooms have lights or ceiling fans, I have bugs in and out of my apartment, I constantly ask for pest control, no one has resolved that issue at the moment as well, theyve had a break in across from my apartment, that issue hasnt been resolved, we were being charged for valet trash and they have not had any one to work valet trash service for months and they two loose stray dogs who roam the neighborhood bothering peoples trash; especially by my unit specifically, and there is so much more I could go on and on about.
