    *** allows jurisdictions to be on codes cycles for 6 years then update. We are on 2018 codes for 1 more year so I been studying for my certification for over a year now... I'm ready to test & that test is no longer available. Why do they archive a test when states are still actively inspecting to this year for so long & won't even have the new books for over a year... Much less ********************** of the new codes cycles. When approached the customer service people obviously know they own the market & have 0 concerns + they never even warn people of the test availability going away! This is completely unacceptable for their own members to be treated so poorly! I thought it was just the homeowners and contractors *** didn't care about...

    The *** should be investigated by the *** for Racateering What they are running is a straight up criminal enterprise designed to scam you out of as much of your money as possible. The most horrible customer service, and user unfriendly website I have ever seen.

    I find it strange that the company that gives the test and also grades it is also the same one that sells coursework to improve your score. That's a conflict of interest to say the least. In otherwords, it's rewarded for giving hard tests.
