We came here at 9.30 with just one waitlist after filing all forms only but its ***** and the doctor hasnt seen us yet. The name URGENT should be removed from here. Even ER is faster than that. Dont ever come here. I have been to urgent care and have been in and out in an hours time with waitlist. Looks like a lot of rooms and patient are told to come to room and just wait as the doctor is just one and he is no where next to us till now. This is INSANE. Remove the word URGENT from here.

This terrible establishment bypassed my insurance and sent the bill directly to me. I had a conference call with them and my insurance agency and this establishment was supposed to fix the error in billing and send me a correct bill. They ended up going into my account and taking out the full balance which was theft.

The initial care was ok and when my inhaler ran out, they wanted me to come in, to be assessed again before they would provide a refill. I went there again even though I was not sick and just needed a refill for an inhaler. They recommended I follow up with a Doctor. I have scheduled an appointment but while waiting to see the Doctor, the inhaler ran out again and I called them for a refill. They want me to come in again to be assessed before they would issue another refill. It seems they really don't care that you can basically end up with breathing issues and worst case die. I asked to speak with a Manager this Saturday and was told there was no Manager available until Monday and none of the nursing practitioners who were working could refill it either unless I went to see them, only to be charged another fee. Having to visit and pay just to get a prescription for an inhaler is wrong. I will never visit this facility again.

If I could give it a Zero I would, I'm now at ER after wasting 2 1/2 hours of my life for NOTHING!.The doctor was incompetent, I'm sure his vision is poor, He dug around in my ear for ********************************************* my ear. Providing nothing to numb pain he claimed he didn't have anything to numb it with , Now ear is in extreme pain! I had to tell him STOP and left ! NOT RECOMMENDED, The ** should clearly retire ********************** Visit and ENT visit thanks to ** ********

The care received at the appointment was fine. However, a couple of months later received a bill for an additional $143 because the provider they had on staff that day wasn't in network. My family has been to this AFC and other AFC locations with no issues. The staff obviously knew the provider was not in network when they looked at my copay. This is also based on the reactions from the staff when I went back multiple times to have this remedied. Then I get a collection letter. This is deceitful business practice.

If it were possible to give no stars, I would. Went to AFC in Ct. to get a prescription for an animal bite. My hand was swollen. I won't complain about the cost, which I consider high, because it's about normal for the area. I won't complain about the wait, which was abnormally long, especially because it seemed like only one other patient was there. And I won't complain that the doctor only spent ***** seconds with me. It was pretty obvious I need an prescription for an antibiotic and not much more. But I will complain about this: I went there late Tuesday. I picked up the prescription Tuesday night at my local pharmacy. That night, I had a bad reaction to it. This was the first time ever that an antibiotic had bothered me and I was up most of the night in pain. About 8 a.m., (the urgent care's time for opening) I called. The receptionist talked to a doctor *** was working and I was told they'd call in a prescription for a different antibiotic. I waited nearly an hour and went to the pharmacy but was told nothing had come in. I had an all-day/nearly all-night assignment nearly two hours away and left. I returned the next day and was told no prescription had been called in. I called and on my seventh attempt to get through, someone answered the phone. After she talked with that day's doctor, I was told that doctor had a personal policy not to prescribe without seeing the patient, regardless of what I'd been told a day earlier. I asked for the supervisor and was told she'd be in the next day. I called Friday. Wasn't connected to her but she passed the word that without coming in and paying the ***le amount once again I would not be given another prescription. I said my hand looked exactly the same -- swollen. It didn't matter. This wasn't a pain med and a scam to get more. But they didn't care about my well-being whatsoever. Complete indifference. Company policy, I was told -- contradicting the 2 earlier statements. And then they said, "Have a nice day" and hung up.

Unfortunately on 1/14/25 I had to visit the office. They came up with this "save your spot" DISASTER! I saved my spot for 2:10pm BUT by the time I left it was 5:00pm!! I was NOT feeling well at all (respiratory virus). Waiting to be seen even made me worse. My doctor had an emergency out of the country and recommended I go to urgent care. NEVER EVER will I go to this unprofessional place again!!. Whoever came up with this gimmick to 'save your spot' needs their head examined!! I was told by the provider (****) this policy NEVER WORKED from day one!!I am shocked a place like this was SOO UNORGANIZED!! I provider for ***** people. WOW When I finally left, there were 15 sick people waiting to be seen!! A shame and a pity.

DO NOT GO HERE! The doctor was nice enough but the front desk staff are straight up rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Never in my life have I ever been spoken to so patronizing by someone who is supposed to help you. I have been dealing with a referral they were supposed to send over three weeks ago. Referring clinic said they never received it. Ask them over a week ago to send it again. Called today to find out exactly when they sent it so I could call the doctor to schedule a much needed appointment. ****** REFUSED to tell me when the second referral was sent, raised her voice multiple times, avoided my specific question asking what date/time it was sent so new office could find it. I can only assume it was never sent a second time. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE, PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!

Irritable and angry DR. *** medical aid. Very intense angry tone and rapid rate of speech. On edge, sarcastic, hostile. I was discriminated against due to the nature of the concern I had, tests I asked for, and stigmatized. Sunday 9/15 at 9:30 in the morning. So much for person centered patient carethere was negative any of that!!

I had a very bad experience with Urgent Care at *********************, **. When there because of a rash that appeared overnight while doing some remodeling. I thought it was a heat rash, but went to Urgent Care to check it. The residing Practitioner didnt do his diligence in asking questions before making a blatant misdiagnosis. A good doctor asks questions before making a diagnosis and to assure that hes protecting the well being of his patients. The doctor looked at the rash for about two seconds and automatically diagnosed it as Scabies. Working for a healthcare services provider, I had to report this to my employer. After a day I researched this diagnosis and found it to be incorrect. ******* rash does not appear in 36 hours, but takes weeks to months to spread. The fact that I was also taking an anti inflammatory medication increases the chance of a heat rash. I contact the administrator of AFC the owner of Urgent care and they have not responded or taken any action to compensate the costs to my employer for disinfecting the premises and vehicle or lost wages. They dont take any responsibility for their negligence at all. It worries me that this practice will continue to misdiagnose future patients from plain negligence! Maybe your state agency can hold these people accountable for their actions.*********************************
