      I have had a horrible experience with billing and customer service. They keep sending me bills when I have already paid. I have called several times and emailed customer service with pictures of my check that has been deposited by their company, but the issue has still not been resolved over 3 months later. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

      The service here use to be good. Theyve become so so slow. I literally waited 5 hours just for a yeast infection. Insane! Nothing takes that long.

      On 9/12 at 10:15 a.m. I went in for pain in my neck, back that traveled into my left arm. I could hear the medical staff talking about my situation and stating I was over exaggerating exaggerating and criticizing me for being seen. They were whispering and laughing when talking about me being seen. I was not aware that being seen was such a comical and judgmental experience. I will no longer go here and will inform anyone who goes here.

      I would give this place -10 stars if I could. THEY ARE NOT CONTRACTED WITH ANY INSURANCES! They do not tell you nor is any insurance info on their website (if it is, its not easily findable). I know its ultimately up to the patient to check if a provider is in network but at no point did they indicate at all that they bill out of network. Highly unethical. We also didnt get a chance to ask anyone as we were asked to stay in the car and didnt get to speak with anyone at the front for clarification. We only saw the provider who obviously didnt care about front desk admin items. My wife and I are anticipating a bill for **** dollars for basically a swab, some questions and prescribed medication. Ill update when I receive a statement from the office but my EOB is suggesting I should anticipate a $900 bill. Total rip-off. Also Were apparently being charged for an outpatient visit and outpatient care, separate charges at $300+ for each. Do yourself a favor and go visit a more modern urgent care facility like carbon health. Higher quality company with better transparency than these jokers.

      Billing is a scam. Walked into a so called Urgent Care and my insurance company was billed as a specialist. There about 3 minutes. Did get a script for an antibiotic. Next time go to ER at the hospital in *****. A complete rip off. Can't give them even one star. but have to to get this submitted.

      This is ************************************************************************** location on 7/11/23 at 11:30am.I am extremely appalled with the lack of knowledge and care this urgent care had to offer me. The nurse not only googled information about my issue directly in front of me but also did NOT listen to my needs, talked over me while I was explaining my situation along with being extremely rude and belittling.I came in with a cactus needle stuck in my finger that had became inflamed. I am extremely healthy individual so I thought my body would naturally push it out. She immediately wanted to put me on an antibiotic without even looking at my finger along with telling her how sensitive I was to antibiotics. She also disagreed that rubbing alcohol was any type of sterilization and had to be medical based. I was blown away by how unknowledgeable and rude someone could be in the healthcare system! The receptionist was very sweet but could not refund my money due to the fact that I had already been seen but was promised my money back if they did not treat me which they never did! She checked my lungs and ears without even looking at the finger until the very end. The whole process did not make sense at all and I still did not get my money back.

      ******* ******* refused to see me because I wa visiting from ****. Receptionist was very rude. Told me they don't see out of state patients and for me to drive 30 miles to ******* ******* to be seen. I explained I had an ear infection. And other medical issues. She got snotty. Said I told you we don't take out of state insurance.

      I was seen on Monday 6/5/2023 at Danbury east. 1st the receptionist that worked that day, young lady with bad fake eyelashes was awful, and should not be in an industry of empathy. I was seen bc I had a ******************************************************************** my goodness your ear is infected and oozing with pus, no wonder your fever is this high. I was shocked, my ears didnt even hurt note my throat. She prescribed me amoxicillin and Naproxen. It is now Wednesday 6/7, and hasnt even been a full 48 hours. I called the same urgent care at 8am because I was experiencing so much nausea and asked for an alternative medication. The doctor on duty pulled up my file and said that this is the best for my diagnosis but recommended I go to the emergency room, he said the original diagnosis did not make sense- - 103 fever and ear infection with no ear pain. I called my regular physician and got an appointment later that day. My physician said my ears are perfectly fine and he ran other tests on me. I cant believe I was misdiagnosed and they didnt bother ti run any other tests and made up a whole oozing pus story. This facility has rude front desk staff and doctors that cant differentiate and ear infection. Go to your regular doctor instead.
