      Let me preface this by saying that I rarely take the time to make reviews of companies online. I felt this one was important to share, however.My daughter was seen on February 22, 2023 for a sports injury. My insurance claim was denied because they submitted her birthday as January 1, ****. I called billing/customer service 24 times (no exaggeration) and emailed them 9 times. I called the local office 3 times and had them email the billing department to call me. Still nothing. Then I looked up the names of the company's VP and Regional Manager and emailed them. STILL NOTHING!!! They drafted my checking account for the amount that should have been covered easily by my insurance, had they filed it correctly the first time or corrected the second time. I am still waiting for my insurance to be billed properly and for my refund in my bank account. This company has DISMAL customer service, at best.

      Try to avoid this company. Absolutely poor customer service, especially the billing office. I called to report a billing error, the specialist promised to correct it. Four weeks later, nothing happened. So I called again, there was nobody answering. I called two more times at different times on the same day, still no one answered it. Each time I waited for about half an hour. The corporate office was either under-staffed or they didn't care customer service.

      If I could give this a zero star I would. This business is an absolute sh** show. I have insurance and they keep sending me bills saying no insurance on file or that insurance wouldnt cover any of it- when I have proof from my insurance they paid them on it. I am currently still waiting on a response after 5 emails and MULTIPLE phone calls. The only time i got through to someone they told me they couldnt help me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

      Completely and totally incompetent. There is no way to provide insurance information to this business. You think you have and then they don't have it and then bill you full price. Don't walk - run away from this business. They effectively DO NOT accept insurance - as it does not appear to update when you are in the clinic REGARDLESS of the number of times tried to update , they do not accept calls to fix the insurance and they will only direct you to pay the full non-insured price which is HUNDREDS of dollars. I sincerely doubt that this company is operating legally based on medical legislation for ********** they operate in.

      We got there as soon as they open, almost 2 and a half hours later the doctor came in apologizing for the long wait. Before losing my temper,I thought it was best to leave. They care more about your insurance and ** pay.

      The ****** office is incompetent. Poor customer service. Practitioners are obviously trainees. Mistake after mistake. And you say something they will go into detail letting you know what you did wrong. If you go in to get a prescription refilled and you want more than 30 days it is your duty to know that you must request blood work. The incompetent nurse practitioners will not tell you you need blood work if you want more than 30 days. Odd. I've been getting 90 day and 1 year prescriptions for years and years and never had issues until I started going here.

      Well doctor **** on *********** ********** was good knows about what's given me my problem But they took money off my card without any notification of such charge now I've gotten around ****** worth of over draft fees for all my auto pays they will not see ya without a card on file or ** pay money up front I've called customer service many times without a return call I wish I **uld have just given a good review about doctor **** the rest of the staff at Atlanta Hwy *****

      I received horrible care in North ******* in late November due to to a kidney infection my family doctor was closed and I had to leave work. And it was a Sunday. I walked in and asked if I could go ahead and give my sample of urine because I was already in a lot of pain. They looked at me like I had 5 heads. After my 4 hour Lobby wait I received a diagnosis the nurse practitioner said if you have any back pain let us know. And I said well I do now and she said aw and then rushed me out the door because it was closing time. I had to go through three different antibiotics after that because the right ones were not prescribed the first time and I became resistant. Then they proceeded to charge me even after an insurance copay and complaint was made. Ive been trying to contact corporate but no one will answer. This is not the first time Ive been stung by them and I will not be going there ever again.

      We go to the clinic in ***********, ** and this specific receptionist, Aerial, is the most unprofessional person weve ever met. Shes rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, uncaring, incompetent, inconsiderate, unreasonable, and unreliable. She makes the whole clinic look terrible. Someone needs to deal with her immediately. Her position there should be terminated at once. She has given us issues for a long time now. She doesnt put in referrals like she should nor help us when we need it. The doctor on the other hand is spectacular and very thorough with his assessment.

      I went to this clinic afc Wetumpka Al 12/07/22 at 240 pm for shoulder pain no injury I have blue cross blue shield filled out paperwork was called to desk receptionist asked me for ***** copay I said don’t have it today could I pay by check and them hold check just for a day she went to the back asked a guy back in back came back said no mam if you can’t pay copay today you’ll have to come back when you have the money I said so I can’t be seen? She shook her head no so I said shred everything I just filled out in shredder with me watching left and went to another urgent care that saw me without paying copay They need a sign no copay no service on door I like Dr Potter there but non caring staff didn’t give me a chance to see him
