    I placed a order over a month ago for ****** and never received my order got a tracking number and when searched it says carrier is till waiting on package I have contacted and sent multiple emails and have got no response phone number they give goes straight to voicemail I just want my order or my full refund

    Back on April 9th I ordered 2 bottles of cannibal riot pre workout supplement but when my shipment arrived on April 17th, I had received two bottles of Cannibal Pre workout supplement instead. What I received cost less than what I ordered and it wasn't something I wanted either. My order number was ******** and the tracking number was **********************. I contacted customer support via email that day, April 17th, to explain the situation and a representative reached back out, apologized, and said that they would send the correct product out the next day with a return label for the incorrect items. That was 22 days ago and I still have not received the correct product. I emailed back asking for a tracking number but never received a response. I then went onto their website and sent a message explaining my situation that way. Eventually someone emailed me on Thursday April 27th to say that my products were out the door and that they would get me a tracking number. They never did and that was 12 days ago. I contacted them again on May 2nd via their contact page on their website. The got back to me, said they would find the tracking info within an hour and that if they didn't, they gave me a cell phone number to text. No one emailed me or responded to my text. That was a week ago. I tried to contact them again yesterday, 05/08/2023, and they didn't even respond to me this time. All I want is the correct product that I paid for.
