    About 2 months ago, ******* (Bubba) *********************** put a driveway in at our residence, the concrete began to crack and the grade was off because the center of our driveway was holding water instead of draining off. Mr ********************** men came back and cut out that section and replaced and hoping water would drain off when it rained again. During the process of replacing the cement, a corner of the driveway was broke and patched, Mr ********************** did not come to job to make sure all satisfactory. The last time Mr ********************** was at our residence, my husband showed him the cracks and said when he returned he wanted a signed contract that if the concrete cracked any worse that he would get it fixed. Mr. ********************** told him he wanted us satisfied with his work and that he would be back in a few days. I texted him on September 16th and advised him what his men had told us about him coming out to show us samples for the trim on our carport and front door, his text said he would let us know when he was coming and also reminded him ****** wanted a signed contract if driveway cracks worsened, he agreed. On September 20th, I texted him and asked him when was he coming back to complete our job? On September 22, 2022, I texted again asking him when he was going to come back to finish this job and reminded him we had already paid him for the work. He replied that he was busy and would contact us in a day or two. On September 26, 2022, I texted him again and advised him it had been a few days and we had not heard anything from him and reminded he may be busy but that we had already paid him for our job and expected it to be complete. On Monday October 3, 2022, Mr. ********************** texted us and said he would be at our house on Wednesday October 5, 2022 and that he would call before he came. I texted Mr *********************** advised him the cracks had worsened also. We never heard from him today Wednesday October 5, 2022. We just want the work complete as was paid for or reimbursed for job
