    My air hasnt been working non summer and Alabama power is charging more like I have had lights on in this house when my bathroom upstairs has an electric problem says the owners of the property I been living here which been since early 2024. My air hasnt been working since the summer me and my 4 kids have been burning up plus Im pregnant and I have notified the rent office, they have told me several times i need to get a fan and its because a busted window which the grass man has busted and he informed he was letting the office know,then the office lady says its because I have upstairs and downstairs she lives in a house. I think its a difference. Also the maintenance man inform me, I was tearing up the apartment because I requested to have my kids ceiling fan fixed it looks like it will fall anytime any day, my kids cant reach the fan but they sleep right under it in their beds. Im scared it will fall on my kids but its so hot in here, they have to have the fan on. Also, they have painted my ceiling in the living room instead of fixing the living ceiling you can tell the color is turning again. Its humid outside. Also have pictures and videos from when I first moved in, I always record before I move in anywhere. At this point Im fed up Im paying 975$ Im pretty sure they not living how Im living with four kids and pregnant its not acceptable. I shouldnt have to pay if its not liveable. We have to be hot and I explain everyday.
