    Customer be aware of this shaky business ******************** ****** the owner of Scott's construction company hired our towing service to transport a skid steer machine from Herc Rental to ********** approx 30 miles the Tow was $300. Two weeks ago. Normally Customers pay before or immediately after the service has been rendered but this guy won't answer phone calls or text he is avoiding paying me for no reason. I contacted My attorney and he is on top of this company if you don't want to get burnt don't use this business.

    Our company, JLS4 Properties, Inc. contracted with R****** Scott (ScottCo Builders/Scott Contracting Co.) to renovate a commerical building located in Bessemer, AL. Half way through the project I noticed that the work slowed. I spoke with Mr. Scott several times over the next few weeks/months about the progress. He assured me that everything was on track but still requested draws to buy materials. Once I realized that Mr. Scott was attempting to scam me I ceased all funds and pulled him off of the job. I had to identify another contractor to finish the project. During this time Mr. Scott called me and said I owed him more money. He continually tried to scam our company. He also stated that he underbid the project and that is why he could not finish. During the time he was taking money from our company, he was opening a pizza and potato bar named "******* ********* ****** ******* *************************************************************
    ** *** ****** ********* ***** **** ** ******* ** **** *** *********** *** * *********t. Do not contract with this company or ******l Scott.
