    Super shady.I called and talked to ***** about a Holosun optic. He said it wasn't in stock and that he couldn't order it. I thanked him for his time. I then received a call back from ***** saying he could order it and it would be $139.00. I let him know I would get by there later that day to pay up front. I drove my 10 miles to get there, went in and ***** wouldn't come out of the office. Another young man said it was going to cost $169 now that I was there. ***** had made an "honest" mistake. Then why was he hiding? I will never go back. They can lose customers one at a time if this is the way they keep their word after you've already drivin there. Sad.

    Followed instructions from Female in the store. Then she became rude and started cussing **. I refused to hand a loaded weapon to her. I offered to clear the weapon and then hand it to her for safety. She cussed me and told me no. Then cussed me again and told me to leave her store. I tried to talk to her and she cussed me more. Worse customer service and treatment I have ever received! Went to spend money with the store. Not be mistreated and cussed out! Refuse to do business with them.

    Thats one side of the story, the fact is the customer pulled out a loaded weapon in the store and failed to follow instructions. This is NOT a customer service issue.

    We called at verify what was their procedure. We followed the instructions given and then the instructions given at the store. She still reacts rudely and hatefully! So why not customer service related?
