    Absolutely the worst experience with a car dealership in my 50 plus years purchasing vehicles. Bought a used suv that I was told had been mech and safety checked. First time I turned on wipers only one wiper moved real safe called for salesmen left messages no call back for three days. Then called for sales manager again three days left messages and no call back. Called service manager was told they would set appointment to check it but they would have to check with sales to see if it was covered. Finally got in touch with someone in sales and they said they would pull the deal and talk to service which he did. Then service calls me and says I have to pay to have it diagnosed and pay for the repair. This is a safety hazard and should have been fixed before ever selling a defective vehicle. This is just one of the issues. Buyers beware this dealership is only after your money and couldnt care less about its customers. Then you go to finance and get screwed again.

    Have had my car alil over 2 years. Paint falling off of it. It looks like trash. They know the white paint is bad. So many complaints and law suits. I love my car but they need to stand up.

    This is the worse place to go when shopping for a vehicle. We bought a used vehicle. We thought we were getting good or fair treatment until it was time for them to fulfill there obligations to us. The hatchback of the vehicle was n need of repair & they said they would contact us when the part came in. We were only given 1 keyfob. Vehicles are supposed to have 2. They said they would cut a fob for us. Never happened! We ended up bringing the car back to them for repair, & keyfob. They wanted us to pay for the fob! They claimed they were trying to contact us. BS...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NOT EVEN AN ENEMY!

    Dear **********************,Thank you for reaching out. I investigated your concerns and determined that you purchased your Santa Fe "As-Is." I have a signed Copy of your We Owe stating "Nothing Promised, Nothing Owed." I am unsure who or why someone promised you a second key on a pre-owned vehicle, but nothing in your sales transaction indicates an additional key is owed. If you have additional information that we are unaware of, please feel free to contact your Salesman.

    The worst!!! I paid ***** dollars too much for this car took it back the next day and was told I could not get the car Id traded back had to buy one from them!!! The manger was on vacation. I reached out to the company with no luck. The car was not what I wanted. I went to trade it and now it is 16k dollars upside down. The ****** I traded was not upside down. Never do business here!!! I regret the day I stepped in there.

    Heed my warning and stay far away from Eastern Shore Hyundai! Buying a car from this dealership was the worst experience of my life!! They held my purchased car, my trade, and money hostage for ************************************************************** 2 days. *********************** is the rudest most arrogant individual who uses his authority to undermine his own managerial staff even in front of customers! His staff is so afraid of him and seeks his approval they go along with the lies and manipulation. Women, especially, should avoid this male dominated dealership that makes you feel it isn't your place to question their decisions. You will be repeatedly lied to over and over and made promises they won't keep. And don't ever expect an apology; that won't happen. ****** uses unrelated analogies to belittle and bully you! He flaunts his own personal success in your face. He will laugh about negative customer reviews and say they mean nothing to him. Clearly this man shouldn't be in an industry that is lead by customer service and satisfaction. ****** humiliated me with his degrading comment that the loaner car I was driving (due to the dealership's lies and false promises) was nicer than what I purchased. He actually expected a thank you for his baiting of free car washes and "little surprises!" I left the dealership in tears and unfit to drive home by myself because of this individual and his actions! You are nothing more than a number at this place, seeing how many cars they can push out in a day at whoever's expense. Eastern Shore Hyundai did NOT come anywhere close to making me feel like a valued customer. They are lead by personal greed and nothing more! If you enjoy being disrespected, manipulated, bullied, degraded, and lied to then this is your place. If not, do yourself a favor and don't step foot in this place. I will never be back, and I will be sure my friends and family purchase elsewhere!
