      ******************** is a good doctor but makes you wait tooo **** long!!!

      I love west main Medical Center nurses and Doctor ************************ The account manager/ billing and insurance personnel are ehhhh, okay but need to be trained in account management and communications. I have to say that there are two very rude and unprofessional intake receptionists that could use a little communication and patient privacy, respect, and care skills classes or new professions however that doesnt reflect on the doctors or nurses or assistants in the back that actually treat you. I would recommend the actual medical staff over the secretaries. And the labs and procedures (x-ray and appointment makers with other specialists) are pretty good too. My only issue is the receptionist that you check in or call for appointments. I've never been so embarrassed and appalled at a professional establishment and only one time had to get firm with one lady in particular and her colleague chimed in but another younger lady shhhushed them. The one lady is still rude short and even failed to log my upcoming appointment but I am polite either way. I considered another doctor but I am pleased with ***************** and good caring physicians are few and far between so maybe since I've been nice she'll become nicer. Or quit.

      Everyone in the waiting room has been here for hours past their appointment time. The drug reps , however, do not need to be delayed in going straight back to push their pills. I confronted the front desk and was told the norm, we’re really busy. When I pointed out all the patients who who are still waiting while people seeing the same Dr. With later appointments get taken back the office mngr. looked at me as if I had vomit on my shirt.
