    Kronospan flooring has been a product i have used in the past and i have to say i loved it. Until now. I recently purchased a home and bought Kronospan flooring for the entire home. I had a licensed contractor take moisture readings of the sub flooring, put down moisture blocking material as indicated by the manufacturer and put the flooring down in the home. It looked beautiful. For a few days. Then, the flooring began peeling up in sporadic corners and flaking away. This was highly unusual so we immediately called the ********** to seek advice and guidance since the floor was already down and the home was being inspected in a few days. They were extremely helpful and opened a claim with Kronospan. They advised that a woman named ****** with Kronospan was dealing with our warranty claim and would be in contact shortly. After less than a week, my wife received an email stating that our claim was closed because of site-related moisture intrusion not manufacturer defect. No phone calls, no messages nothing. Just a blanket, automatic denial from Kronospan. There was no moisture under my floor, around the floor, or anywhere near the flooring. I am highly disappointed and will discourage anyone from this point on from purchasing Kronospan flooring because of their inability to stand behind their product and their evasiveness to their customers. I am out a lot of money now because of Kronospan and in this economy, the right thing to do would be to make this situation right or in the least, back up your claim with some sort of evidence of moisture intrusion My contractor and even a member of ********** management stated the issues with the flooring appear to be manufacturer defect related.I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and will continue to seek remedy and reimbursement for this issue. I have called Kronospan and they will not get me in touch with someone in the warranty section to speak on this matter.

    I purchased this product from **********. They are the manufacturer of this product. I filed a claim with ********** and they stated they had to go through Kronospan to deal with the claim. Kronospan immediately dismissed the claim. The employee name is ******* *******.
