    Purchase Holiday Punch Card on Tuesday 12/13/22 after getting email I realized this would not work as I intended or thought they would be.( thought it would be 5 separate cards I have 5 grandkids these were planed for Christmas gifts.) I try to call and discuss on Tuesday but they are closed. I call Wednesday spoke with a person, said they would have manager call me back on Thursday they didn't I call them, she said she couldn't help me, and said she'll have owner call be Friday morning owner didn't call so, I call Friday around 4;30 owner not in. All I wanted was to change my purchase from the Holiday card a $249.95 purchase to 5 $50.00 Gift Cards. So my 5 grandkids could come when they are available not at the same time. We all live in Tenn. After not hearing from owner I now just want my full refund. I explained this to both ladies I spoke with it was the same money being spend, but neither were able to cancel one purchase to allow the other. To me this is not good business practice. So a full REFUND is requested. Booking number is ********

    In reference to the filed complaint # ********, the response is as follows:
    ****************** purchased 5 of our Holiday Gift Punch Cards online. After a conversation with the General Manager, she explained that he could print the email to give to his grandchildren and the grandchildren individually (they did not have to come at the same time) could bring the email in to receive their punch card. He then stated he realized this could have all been avoided if he had read the offer. He then proceeded to be very rude and confrontational with the General Manager. 
    He states he thought it was five different cards, in fact it is 5 different cards.
    We happily offer gift cards or refunds for any fault of our own. However, when all information is in the email and verbally told to the guests (when he called) we do not issue refunds.

    I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in my complaint I called on two different times asked for the owner to call me back, which was not done. After speaking with the person on the phone she explained the card that I had purchase was not what I had understood to be buying. So I asked her if it could be change to just 5  $50.00 cards not the holiday punch card still spending the same amount of money at the business, the general manager said only the owner would be able to do that. I apologize if I was rude to the young lady on the phone this entire complaint could have been avoided if the owner would have called be back. At this time I will still be ok with changing my purchase to the 5 $50.00 gift cards so not to take any business away from the company. I hope this can be resolve so I can give my grandkids their Christmas gifts.

    I will issue a full refund. However, we do not store credit card information. If ****************** will call the park and ask for ******, she can issue the refund back to the credit card.
