      Took the family to OWA today. It should be known and be made perfectly clear that everyone going through the gate will pay for a ticket, regardless if they are physically able to ride or not.My 12 year old son was injured in February, and is still bound to a wheel chair. While he has regained some ability to walk it is very very limited. He also is still wearing a Wound Vac.We assumed that hed be able to go and just chill with me, while my wife and other two boys took in the rides. This was not the case. We were told at the gate when we presented our pre-purchased tickets that wed have to have a ticket for him to roll around in the property.We originally planned to spend Spring Break in ********* but after his injury, we changed plans. Regrets..Shame on OWA for not taking our disabled folks into account.Secondly, only half of the rides were running every other hour.

      There is a 2000 character cap on what I can type so here are the cliff notes on the horrible experience of my 8y/o's birthday party.
      I paid $*** for a package to include 11 passes to the amusement and water park, 2 hour access to a party room with 15 minutes before to decorate, 3 pizzas, 3 gallons of drinks, and an employee to help.
      I knew a pass must be purchased to enter the waterpark. I did not know, nor is it stated anywhere that the party room is INSIDE the waterpark. So I had 22 guests total, with plans for 11 of us to go to the waterpark after cake and presents in the party room.
      Upon arrival I'm told the extra guests cannot go to the party room unless waterpark passes are purchased. The 11 "non-riders" are fine to go to the amusement park but not into the waterpark.
      An exception is made after some argument with the manager. She will personally "escort" the group, no one without a pass can leave the room, and the "non-riders" must be escorted back out. I'm not able to take advantage of my decoration time due to this. The manager has an ugly attitude. Time was wasted.
      Kids were only able to ride one ride, then we're escorted to the party room. I needed to go to my car to grab presents. Husband did not have pass, I did, so I went. I came back the same way the manager had taken us in and am stopped by a very aggressive man. He and a 2nd employee had said something to the manager when she took us in but she said it was fine and now he's telling me I have to go around, through the EMPTY line.
      Husband calls as I'm coming around where the man insisted I go. I lost my temper. I cussed at the man. Security is called and I am stopped from entering. At this point I'm crying. Security arrives and is the only employee that knew his job. He deescalated the situation and got me back to the room. It needs to be made clear that the party room is INSIDE the waterpark and a pass must be purchased to enter. This was handled poorly and I am seeking a refund through OWA.
