Southern **************************** broker, ********************* was involved in selling me a property in late August 2022. ***** knew I was unable to conduct a walk-through in person so she set up a time & date for my elderly parents who live close by to do this for me since I lived **** miles away. 2 days before the walk-through, one of the sellers ************************* told my parents she had Covid which she knew would scare elderly people & stop them from conducting a walk through. I had to rely on ********************* to be my *********** by FaceTime for the inspection in which she failed to show me any damage including very severe damage that puts my *************** at risk. Even when I asked her to go back and show me something she would state I already showed you that I trusted some one who is licensed by the state of Alabama to be moral and forthcoming. I cannot believe that ***************************** and *************************** lived there with 2 small children and an infant. I asked the sellers direct questions about the home which they failed to disclose serious damages which is fraudulent. Both the agent and the sellers knew that my small business relies heavily on a kitchen. The homes flooring is so severely damaged there are huge places in many of the rooms a& bathrooms that are so sunken it feels like youre standing over a hole. The stove, oven and dishwasher or non-functioning and cabinets are falling off walls. Every wall, every window pane every door ************* has severe damage. Boards are falling off the ceiling, the roof is rotted, wires are chewed from infestation of rodents, rodent f**** is so widespread throughout this house it literally covers the windowsills & was also in the cupboards where they kept food & dishes & left raw meat and food in an unplugged refrigerator. Dog urine is so heavy it went through the carpet & covers the sub flooring. I am left homeless and unable to run my business I have worked tremendously hard to build & now forced to pay for this house.
