    I have ordered in the past, but this time it has been two weeks and still says pre shipping. The company blames **** and **** blames Yall. As the customer Im in the middle. I love the tea, but if I dont receive my product, all the love in the world is not worth it. Judging by the comments bellow, this is a problem right now. Its such an issue the company has to do ******** Live to explain themselves. Im sorry I will have to discontinue my ordering until a solution can be applied to this situation. I left a review on ****** after being unsuccessful contacting the company. They stated it was the post office fault calling me a liar and stating they are proud that only 10% of the 2400 orders are late. Not good for a new company trying to build a customer base.
