    I brought a pair of authentic ***** fishnet tights to Alterations by George, the second week of March to fix a small pin hole by the right hip. I explained to ****** the day that I brought them in that it seemed silly but that they were ***** and that was the only reason I was entertaining fixing such a tiny small hole. I was given a date, the 24th of March for pick up but wasnt able to personally retrieve them until the following 6th. I took them home and pulled them out of the bag, and although the hole was fixed, the rest of them were destroyed! The gold foil accent had been pulled out in numerous places and the crotch was completely blown out. They had 100% been worn. When I called By George to discuss this matter, I was met with immediate defense. **** could have honestly kept every word to himself and just called me a liar. My claim wasnt going to be investigated by him and I was told to come by the following Monday to discuss further with ******. I become very emotional on the phone with **** because I badly wanted him to understand that this claim needed to be taken seriously. *****, 9th, I meet with ****** because I wanted to look her in her eyes and explain that someone under her watch had done this, regardless what they believe and asked them to please investigate my claim by looking through surveillance. Her exact response was they didnt need to investigate because they are god fearing and no one in their family would do such a thing. The evidence that I was presenting to her was clearly not matching her claim. She offered to fix them, but a baseball size hole in the crotch of a pair of fishnets is NOT repairable damage. I leave visibly upset and meet with **** in the parking lot to try to show him my tights and the damage that occurred to them. He threw his hands up and said not us. When I told **** that I had no choice but to leave a review for this unacceptable service, his arrogant and pompous response was that hed reply to it.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.  We have thoroughly investigated the complaint with our staff and have concluded that no one here at By George tried on or wore the garment in question.  It is unclear how the garment was damaged after it left our possession. 
    I apologize for any frustration or confusion that this issue has caused.  I have offered to repair the garment further but that offer has been declined by the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: **** rejected my complaint the moment I placed my complaint. There was no investigation. **** refused to address my complaint and handed me off to his wife who also refused to address my complaint and do an investigation. Now they want to address my complaint, claim there was a full investigation done AND insinuate that damage was done to my tights after they were placed back in my care. Absolutely not. I would not waste my time with such childish and pointless behavior. I am still very certain with my complaint and I personally would have no problem testifying my truth under oath. I will even pay for a polygraph test and tape it to their door just to confirm one of their employees are nasty and thief like. I refused to have the tights fixed because the damage that occurred to them was severely worse than the small hole they originally had. Also, because Im so certain they were worn by someone else, I refuse to put my personal self back into an UNDERGARMENT that I know was on the behind of another individual!!! I feel violated beyond measure from this entire ordeal!
