    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Infiniti. On July 22nd, I took my car in for maintenance which included an oil change and replacement of the cabin air filter. However, after receiving my car back, I discovered that the panel on the passenger side was missing two days later. I reached out to ****, who informed me that the General Manager would handle the situation. Soon after, ***** contacted me and mentioned that he was unable to find the missing part, claiming that his service personnel stated it wasn't there to begin with. It is evident that the service personnel are not being truthful.

    ******, we are sorry for the troubles with your 2013 G37. When your vehicle was pulled into service, the missing panel was noticed by the technician working on your vehicle. However, we did offer goodwill in order to help pay for the part, or for services needed in the future.
