    We bought a trailer from this company. Almost immediately encountered problem after problem with the electrical wiring, electrical loads, water pump failure, wheel mis-alignment and more. ****, the owner, informed us they will not install a fire suppression system due to costs and all we need to do is to tell the fire **** and health **** we do not plan to cook with grease. This was an immediate red flag to us but we took them at their word. Needless to say, the trailer failed the fire inspection b/c we refused to lie about our intended operations, and we were forced to close until we installed the system. We mentioned this to Truvie, their response was that we should have done better research before buying the trailer. Their deception about the suppression system happened to multiple other customers. We requested they reimburse us for the cost of the installation since we lost triple the amount of money while being shut down due to their deceptive advise. They told us we should take them to court so we pursued that as an option. Even after their threats of their lawyer "having a field day with us" we decided it was not worth the time and money. Additionally, they decided to not install a freezer (essential for our operations) and withheld the generator box from us until we reminded them both items were part of the trailer contract. After further research, we learned we are not the first customers they've done this to. Many of their positive reviews are friends and family members of theirs. Buyer... please go elsewhere to buy your food truck so you do not end up in the same boat we were in. You'll thank us later.
