    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order which was abruptly cancelled without any prior notice. Attempts to resolve the issue were futile, as repeated calls and messages to their customer service went unanswered. Furthermore, reaching out to their corporate office proved equally unproductive; I received no response nor callbacks. This lack of communication and disregard for customer service has been a major inconvenience. I would strongly advise against using Edible Arrangementsit was nothing but a headache. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options.

    Ordered 2 arrangements for my grandchildren. They sent 1/2 the order out with ****. When she realized that she only had part of the order, she cancelled the delivery. Neither part of our order was delivered. Tried to contact the store, but would not answer or call back. Contacted corporate and they could not get a response either. Trying to deny charges on my credit card. Terrible customer service, Do Not Use!
