- In order to obtain ALDIVORCE services and/or register with ALDIVORCE, the consumer must first submit an application form to ALDIVORCE for registration and conflict of interest screening pursuant to Rules 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, and 1.10 of the Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct. The registration data that the consumer must supply on the site in order to obtain ALDIVORCE services may include, without limitation, some or all of the following: (1) consumer's full name; (2) date of birth; (3) residential address; (4) spouse's full name and date of birth; (5) consumer's email address and/or (6) any other information requested on the applicable form. The consumer agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information.
If it is determined that a conflict does exist, ALDIVORCE cannot provide limited scope representation as intended in our Terms of Use.
Thus, if a conflict is discovered, ALDIVORCE will issue a notification to the consumer via email within two (2) business days that a conflict exists and your application cannot be accepted for process, and a refund will be issued. If, on the other hand, it is determined that a conflict does not exist, then likewise, ALDIVORCE will issue a notification via email within two (2) business days to the consumer and the consumer will be provided with a link to proceed with their application and purchase the service. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 8 am CST until 5 pm CST, not including holidays. - Other Resources
