    *************************** The new store manger is very rude. She stated that I did not have a lease but yet I have a unit and an access code to enter the building. She stated she was unsure of why there was no lease because it was before she got there. I told her I would come and talk with her during business hours to see what was going on. When I arrived the lights were off, the door was locked and no one was in the building. I left her an email letting her know I was there, the time and etc. There were other people that met me there at the same time that has signed an affidavit of truth stating the same. Since then I notified management that since I dont have a lease that I will leave and requested a refund. I sent an email showing that the unit was empty and that I wasnt there as stated on a sign within the unit that has now been removed by new management.I received a collection notice via email and text today. How can one collect on a lease when there was no lease originally according to storage sense. After the disrespect from ************** asked for her supervisor contact- that I have yet to receive and I sent out a cease and desist. Please remove me out of the system as I have requested multiple times for a unit that I do not have and a lease agreement that was never valid according to managament.

    ****************** has been moved out. Her notes in the account show that she never signed the lease agreement, and that we were contacting her to get that accomplished. Even the texts in the complaint showcase that. She then moved out of the unit without the 10-day notice that is required by the lease agreement. Here is proof of payment history where she made every payment through our ************ She paid $326.61 total, and if she did not have a unit, why would the payment be made through the call center? We cannot process at the store without a tenant calling to give us the card information. that type of payment would show as "Payment screen".  We wrote off the final debt for the account, even though her lock was still on the unit, therefore owed. Attached are all notes , payment history, and copies of all receipts. We do not owe her money.
