      I decided to purchase a car using internet pricing thru the carguru site. The site sent me plenty of options and I decided on one vehicle. I went thru the process of entering data for finances and a trade in and waited for the dealer to call me Several days later I called the dealer to see if they received the info from carguru. They did not and could offer no explanation other than maybe it went to another one of their dealers. I did make a screenshot of the vehicle deal based on carguru. Once I got a hold of a salesman I explained the difficulties I was having. He just wanted me to enter finance data in their system since they couldnt recover my original carguru input. The next day I got 3 hits on my credit file. ******* says they only do soft checks vs hard checks that could impact credit. I brought this up and no one cared that my credit was impacted. I also sent them pictures of the trade in as requested along with the mileage. The Carguru sight gave me a trade in value, these guys would not honor as they claim it was only an estimate. I couldnt find any verbiage on carguru site that states this. They also gave me financing numbers. It was close to carguru but was more. I asked a lot of unanswered questions related to return policy, financing and other concerns. For any issue they will do whats right to fix it. Nothing in writing though, just their word and their company phones which record communications. if you buy an unseen vehicle thru internet, be prepared to have a vehicle delivered that may or may not have issues and your only recourse is to hope that they will do whats right or using the legal system. Or you can to the dealer (Kind of negates the use of internet deals)In the end the salesman answered some of questions ( to his satisfaction) , not mine. In the end, I did not purchase as I was not comfortable with what felt like bait and switch tactics I have no idea how they are on site but be weary on internet deals.

      Our experience was the worst we have ever had at a dealership and we have bought a lot of new cars over the years. This was supposed to be a done deal, my husband had already gotten a loan approved at the bank and was just supposed to write them a check when he came for the amount, only to find that even after the bank told the dealership on the phone that they would cover the check, that they would not take a personal check. In addition to that, when my husband questioned why the payments were more when he put $5000 down instead of $500 down, two of the salesmen tried to explain that it was better in the long run to put less down, which made zero sense. So, we went outside and looked at the sticker price again and then realized that they were charging us MORE than the sticker price.(72K instead of 67K) The sales manager stated that it was an error and they printed out the sheet on the wrong vehicle, but up until we went outside to look at the sticker, they were all trying to say that it was right, so we now wonder if they did it on purpose and were planning to just overcharge. Nothing was done before we got there, we expected the paperwork to be ready to go. Now my husband has lost 5 hours that he will never get back from work to drive down there for absolutely nothing. And the manager had the audacity to say that they normally charge $1k for outside loans but they will wave the fee. We will sell his truck to Carmax and get more in the long run for it that way and buy from another dealership. This place is a train wreck, don't waste your time and money

      Wouldn't recommend you to take your vehicle there poor mechanic service.

      Took my vehicle there 4 times and it did not get fixed. I spent $1200 out of pocket not counting what they charged my warranty. The 4th time I was told it would be okay to drive out of state. I broke down 3 hours away and had it towed to a different dealership where it was fixed correctly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
