    I signed up for this trucking school as I was referred by someone which I believed the school was affordable and they would properly train me to get my CDL , unfortunately this school was all about money and theirs trainers would through passes at you , I did not feel comfortable continuing my education as I was not not learning and I was also trying to take care of my mother who has Lupus , I went to the school for 6 days as the school offers a week of online classes and you go on campus to finish the remaining weeks they offer a motel that is completely unsafe someone had gotten killed a day before I went . I told the school I would not be able to come due to having to take care of my mother . I did not hear from them after 3 months they reported to a loan company that I had completed the program and graduated , they hadnt followed up with me. The school reported fraudulent information to get paid now they have reported to the loan company that I finished but they have no records of me completing the program or testing now the loan company is trying to collect $7500 for a program I did not complete. I have asked the school and loan company for documentation of completion they will not send.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is a lie,  I am gathering all documents and proof the school is in cahoots with the loan company the school placed in their system that I graduated I have calls between me and the loan company where they state that they have placed it in there system that I completed and graduated, the school wrote dates on the contracts after I requested completion documents, the school forged my signature on a installment loan I never signed after I contacted the loan company and asked for loan documents I supposedly signed I have that conversation recorded . They are lying about me contacting them after I got my permit I have the text where they contacted me to start on campus, after starting on campus I felt uncomfortable at the school, so I did not return . My question is if I was dropped from the school in May why did you place report that I completed and graduated in June  ? Also why was there a completion date written on the contract for April 1 ? Why on the fraudulent loan agreement is it dated for payments to start on 03/01 but the signed date is 03/22 ? Why would my payments be set to start before my graduation date if I am unemployed ? This school is not being truthful the contracts states at the bottom as well that in case of prolonged illness, accident, death in family , or other circumstances that make it impractical to complete the program the school shall make a settlement , which is reasonable and fair to both . The school not once tried to come to a agreement the were nasty with me when I called ******************* up in my face. I feel like it is unfair for the school to report to the a company that I completed to get a full payment without contacting me to see if I was going to return or if everything was okay in my family . So I will fight this with every breath in my body before I pay anyone $8k for funds I did not receive Not complete .I will take it to social media I will report it to the news I have already made a police report for fraud and to all 3 credit bureaus . This is unfair and deceptive I will let it be known to the world . I would like to add the recordings but they are to long so the they will be sent to attorney general and posted on social media .

    This is in response to Complaint: ********. The information contained in the complain is incorrect.  Our facility has been in business since 2007 and takes pride in our record of training students.  First and foremost, there was no forged signature on any agreements or contracts because that is a felony.   We officially dropped the student in May because she did not contact us any further to return to class after her text saying she would not be able to attend training due to an emergency with her mom.  The text was dated March 29 at 10:28 (see attachment).  Attached is also the training agreement that was signed on 1/7/2022.  When anyone signs the Training Agreement sent through Docusign there is a unique number that is assigned when sent to the clients email.  Information concerning dropping and any refund information is on page of of the training agreement that was digitally signed by ***************  It clearly states that a cancellation notice should be in writing.  At no point, did she say she was wanting to cancel verbally or in writing.  This clause is on page two under the Cancellation Policy.   If further states in the Refund Policies that if the student withdraws after entering training, refunds will be based on the last day of attendance. However, she did not withdraw.  So the clause, "A student who does not attend classes or provide or provide an explanation for 10 consecutive calendar days is considered to have voluntarily terminated.  Then it goes into the refund policy.  We allowed extra time for ************** to contact us about a return date.  However, at some point we were forced to show her as dropped.  The loan agreement (which is not fraudulent) was printed at the time she signed  on 3/22/2022 and we hold the loan until the student graduates or is dropped like it was done with ***************  We work with  the student and loan company and the first payment is set to be approximately 30 days after the student graduates.  The reason this was not changed is because she did not graduate and this is processed as a servicing loan.  ****************** graduation was estimated to be 4/1/2022.  The loan was moved to servicing on approximately 6/6/2022 since she was dropped from the program.   ************** is saying two things in her complaint.  In the beginning she is saying that she did not feel safe.  At no point did she say that she did not feel safe.  The only time that we heard from her is when the finance company contacted her about the loan that was signed and was processed due to the training agreement.  We offer to work with anyone but when ************** called she was being rude to staff and was irrate.  We did offer to work with her and told her she could return to the program because she had attended 12 days of the 15 day program.  ************** did say she would be contacting her lawyer and when anyone states that we no longer talk to them and we let our lawyer and their lawyer speak.   I will state again that every document that was signed was signed either digitally or in person by ***************    We are correct in processing her loan application as we did based on our cancellation policy and in fact she would owe for the training. We would never tolerate any illegal activities and for someone should be cautious when throwing things like that around because we take things like that very serious and sometimes it is best to go through the legal process to clear our name.   However, we will contact the loan company and pull her loan so she will not owe anything.  We wish her mother the best in her recovery and if she would have kept in contact and read the training agreement she signed we could have settled this without the mudsling from ***************

    I am rejecting this response because: It is all a bunch of lies and they know it! They never dropped me they placed in their system that I graduated and completed trying to get paid the full balance from Atlas!  I recorded every call between Affordable, the loan company and myself! I was not rude not one time . ***** was rude to me , not willing to work out anything with me they are lying I never signed a agreement the only reason they are withdrawing the loan because the dates provided does not line up with what he is saying the first payment date on this loan is set for 03/01/22 if I was set to graduate April 1 why is the first pay date set before 03/22/22 the date I supposedly signed ? Of course the school is going to try and cover their behinds because they were being deceptive! This was removed off my credit from the bureaus because everything reported was FALSE ! It doesnt matter how long you have been in service you probably get over on people all the time but you definitely met the right one ! I am a fighter and I know when I am being wronged I will not BE QUIET , I gather all evidence to support my case ! I also have the recording between me and ***** she was very rude when I was asking for information and she hung up while I was speaking!
