      If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This company is horrible. There are constant outages in my complex that last for DAYS at a time. I live in a college housing complex, so internet connection is crucial. There are weeks where the wifi will go out for HOURS every single day!! I have no idea what even causes them; the wifi will just randomly go out and not be fixed until days or even WEEKS later. This is the THIRD TIME my wifi has been out in the past TWO MONTHS. It has been 6 days now without wifi and I still do not know when it will be fixed. The last outage lasted for over a week. Every time I call the customer service line, I just get the same script and told that they have escalated my issue to the tier two team, but I can't even speak to anyone from the tier two team to ask what is going on!! There is absolutely no communication and no one can give me any update on when my wifi might be fixed. My ethernet has been down for MONTHS due to a storm, and they closed my ticket claiming the issue was "fixed," even though I replied back and said it still was not working!! I have been having issues with the wifi ever since I moved here. It is ridiculous that I am paying for this complete and utter TRASH. I have no idea how they are even still in business, every bad review you see is true. I have had more internet issues in the two years I have been using this company than I have had in my entire life.

      Internet is in and out on all the devices. Called and had to respell mail four times. Guy asked me for all my devices addresses and makes and models even though its all of them and the internet and not the devices. Hung up. I should not have to pay for this.

      This company is a ****. After two years of service I can comfortably say youre throwing your money away if youre using this provider. Since February of 2025 I have opened 12 tickets. It is now May Internet goes out at least once a month and remains offline for usually about a week. Their problem solving skills include but arent limited to; blaming property management, accelerating this ticket to our teir two, and keeping you on hold for the line to hang up after ten minutes. At this point technicians, supposedly, have replaced so many parts it should be a brand new system. And yet here we are once again They have no department that handles complaints instead they all just vomit the same script. Paying for a service that is not being provided because youre contractually obligated to. ***. Sounds very scammy to me. If your property has this provider try negotiating to find your own before signing a lease. What this company does is steal. Your time. Your money. Your patience. Just find somewhere else.

      Complete trash. They unfortunately service my apartment complex. Random outages, and when they have them, no one knows anything at all over there. Their staff are all outsourced and completely worthless. They don't even have access to the network!!! They tell you they will "take your information and have tech support follow up with you), but then you never actually hear back from anyone. My direct hard line has always been slower than my wi-fi line. This clearly indicates bad wiring. But, they're too lazy to fix it, so instead, spouted some bs excuses and tried to tell me it's "still better to connect directly", even though the connection was about 1/4 the speed that the wi-fi is.They're just incompetent, unable to help you, and overall worthless. My apartment complex is actually switching to a different provider soon due to all the issues we've had with them, and I couldn't be happier. Good riddance.

      The worst **************** I've ever dealt with in my entire life. their whole job is Internet and they cannot do it properly. Please pick a different career path.

      If the internet goes out of you have any issues at all you have to wait for someone to get back to you on their timeframe. They do not give you a time frame because they "don't know".

      Constantly goes down, the team cannot help without running a bunch of test while you are on the phone with them. then it still does not work. Expect daily outages
