      You have a better chance of getting a milkshake at ********* from one of their always broken down machines than getting internet service with White Sky. They should be sued for alleging that they provide internet service. I got better service as a kit when we tied strings to soup cans and talked to each other that way. This service *****. I am not one to leave a bad review. It takes a lot to get me to this place. But it would be easier and faster to write a handwritten letter, take it to the mailbox, wait on **** to reliever it, have the person respond, deliver back to me via **** than to count on internet service from White Sky.

      My apartment made it mandatory to use their service, so now I have to pay 15$ more than I used to pay for ******* for LESS speed and MORE frequent outages.

      Worst internet provider *** ever been forced to have. Expect at least one full day of no Internet every two weeks. I live in **** and have had 2 full days 8am to past midnight in the three weeks Ive lived here

      I love an ISP being forced down your throat by my apartment complex. Only to have it be the worst ISP I have ever had in my life. Constant outages for HOURS. Not 30min, not an hour. But from 10am to 7pm. 9 HOURS AND COUNTING. If you are going to an apartment with white sky as their ISP run away. Its not worth the headache and your complex hates you. Thanks for nothing.

      Horrible, slow service and very frequent outages. In a frame of one week, there have been two outages in my entire complex - one being over 24 hours long. This is made worse by the fact my complex is a college-centered community, and we require consistent connection to be able to properly study and complete our work. Furthermore, our Ethernet connection has been extremely faulty and crashes on a consistent basis. Its making me reconsider my current lease.

      Terrible support system. Your internet wont work and then when you request support they ignore you for weeks!!! **************. Stay away everybody.

      worst internet provider I have ever seen. My internet issue has existed for over a week and still has not been fixed yet. I wish there is a 0-start option.

      POOR service. Slow speed, LOTS of outages. I live in an apartment complex so I dont have a choice besides Whitesky.

      If I was able to give negative 5 stars I would. I love my complex that me and my wife live in but we are actively looking for somewhere else to live after one year being here. If I knew what I know now I wouldve never moved here.

      Ive had it with WhiteSky Communications. For the past four weeks, Ive been without WiFi, and their customer service is so lazy and inept its beyond infuriating. When I first contacted them about the issue, I was assured that the problem would be resolved promptly. Fast forward a month, and nothing has changed not a single update, not a hint of progress, just a whole lot of empty promises.Every time I call, I'm met with the same robotic responses: Were looking into it or Well escalate the issue. Its clear that theyre not doing anything beyond passing the ***** Ive had multiple follow-ups and each time, Im told to wait longer or that the issue is under review. If youre thinking about using their services, think again. This is not just poor customer service; its a complete scam. Theyre taking money for services they dont provide and have zero intention of fixing the problem.Its unacceptable and absolutely outrageous. Im left with no WiFi, no answers, and no end in sight. Save yourself the trouble and avoid WhiteSky Communications at all costs.
