      I dont understand how theyre legally allowed to operate as an ISP in the state of **********. Maybe because they, along with ******** (my apartment buildings management company) are based in other states? The fact that you dont have an option to choose your own data-speed plan, let alone choose a different ISP entirely, is a monopoly and/or contracting embezzlement litigation suit waiting to happen (hopefully SOON). They are the worst ISP Ive ever had; the slowest Gigabit Internet Ive ever experienced, the worst customer service & support, and the least amount of information / transparency with their bottom line customers (as in: the PEOPLE paying to use their internet, not the conglomerate management companies they made bogus contracts with who will only defer you to contacting WhiteSky directly). Clearly a rage-review isnt going to change much of anything other than getting frustration out, but heres to hoping this company gets investigated and I never have to think about their HORRIBLE WiFi ever again.

      Terrible reliability, constant service interruptions and slow internet even when "working." I would avoid any properties using this service.

      Tech support is a joke. Takes about a week for anyone to do anything. I wasn't told this sham of a company was going to be my only provider. Do not move anywhere they are your provider.

      After two months now I've decided to leave this review. At the start of June there was a storm, and afterwards, Ethernet in my building(The Edge Apartments) has not worked. 4 phone calls, serveral emails, and two months later, there is no change. Everytime I call they just claim my ticket has been moved to "urgent" or whatever and that's that. They claim to know what the problem is, but I have yet to see a technician, and there has been no change after all this time.

      I would give it 0 stars if I could. Whitesky provides the worst internet service I have ever experienced, and their customer support is equally terrible. Unfortunately, my apartment complex does not allow residents to switch to a different provider. The real question is, how is this company still in business?

      White sky is the worst internet I have ever used. Unfortunately I live in an apartment complex that only uses white sky so I have no control. Their internet is constantly going out and is slow. Constant buffering when watching shows. Phone runs slow when connected.

      Whitesky is the worst internet provider I've ever had the displeasure of using. Unfortunately my apartment complex controls the internet, or else I would switch to literally ANY OTHER provider. Monthly outages for 2+ days at a time, especially during critical times such as final exam week when there is a larger strain on the network than usual (I live in a college affiliated apartment). Customer support is useless and they never have a timeframe for when issues will be resolved. When I first moved into this apartment it took Whitesky six weeks to fix issues related to ethernet ports in each unit of the apartment complex, and they even confirmed that it was not at fault of my landlords. The only good factor about this entire company is that the customer service representatives are all very kind, however the tools given to them by the company makes them irrelevant.

      Wifi isnt even good enough to stay connected consistently for work or stream services like ******** not to mention trying to play any video games without pinging to death. They only allow one active Ethernet port for my two bedroom apartment? There are multiple Ethernet access points but they have said they can only make use of one this is a two bedroom, two people pay to live here, two people pay for the internet. We should not be limited to even that many. If the wifi worked even half as well as it was supposed to we wouldnt even need to worry about the ethernet, whoever we should still be entitled to it. We are strong armed into paying for this terrible internet service at this property, and anytime we put in a ticket to get anything fixed they simply do not have answers and then mark the tickets as resolved, brushing it under the rug and ignoring it. Ultimately and quite frankly I have never dealt with a worse company, and I have been forced to deal with them for over two years now. In that time I have nothing good to say accept that when you get someone to speak to, though they dont fix anything they are typically polite.

      If there were an option for negative stars, it would still not adequately reflect my opinion of WhiteSky. For the entire time I have used WhiteSky, I have had download speeds of 500KBs or less. After each call I am told someone will call back, seldom do they ever. When they do, they transfer me to a line no one is on. ISP customer service is notoriously bad but ********************** has a strong case to be the worst.

      We moved into our apartment in October of 2023. It is now April and we have experienced 5 outages, some lasting the whole day. I have called each time it has gone out, and it takes a very long time to resolve. I never get a timely response back on if they are fixing it, what the *** looks like, or anything. EVERYTIME they call back I answer, but no good updates are made on their end. I have never experienced such low quality internet and wifi. My apartment has a deal with white sky, making it impossible for me to go to **** or somewhere more reliable. I hope they can figure out how to fix their issues.
