      At *********** complex in *********, *****, Since Monday, July 31st afternoon I have no internet connection! Today is August 4th, Im still not able to access the Wi-Fi with the user credentials provided to us and the password provided to **. Because I have no Wi-Fi, I am not able to watch TV. This is ridiculous. I work from home and I can't now. Im having to go to other places to work to connect to Internet. Every day we have been told an electrician is coming out, The problem is being worked on, the Internet should be working in the next 24 hours. All of this is lies.. Why is this not being corrected in a timely manner?What happens if this issue occurs again?

      Terrible. Horrible support for WiFi issues. Had an outage on Friday evening that went unresolved for several days.

      We are very sorry for the property-wide outage this past Friday that impacted your ability to get online. A weather-related power surge at the property on Friday damaged some of the access points at your property, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. After sending a technician to the property on Monday, we were able to partner with the on-site maintenance team and find a grounding wire very loosely connected to a grounding rod, which may have been why the building couldn't divert the ********* appears property management called an electrician, to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. Regardless, we have replaced the access points at the property as of this past Monday, and confirmed that residents were able to get back online. Again, we apologize that you were without internet services for a few days. Please contact our customer support if you have any further questions.

      WhiteSky is the sole Internet provider for a new apartment complex my fianc and I just moved into 2 weeks ago. I work from home and have for years and have never had outages of more than a few hours with any other provider. Today we already had an outage that has lasted an entire day and they wont even give any ETA on a restoration of service. I have never had worse boy noodles honey. I couldve held it for you. Oh my my birdfeeder its a birdfeeder. My mom bought that for me that farmhouse that barn. No I cant. We use it up here. Yeah birds come up here. Oh thats true and we do need those. I wondered where that one was I have a I have a blue one in the kitchen, but I keep one in the laundry room, service, nor worse customer service

      This is the most abysmal service provider I have ever seen. You would be far better off getting spectrum, and that's saying something. Their services constantly go out, and it takes them days to restore it. Avoid at all costs.

      Forced to pay $60/month through my apartment complex for sub quality service. I work from home so I need reliable internet service. Unfortunately, WhiteSky constantly has outages where I live so I have to use my phones hotspot in order to do my work. Ridiculous and not worth the money I have to spend. Do NOT recommend.

      Can't give 0 stars or I would in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I live in a place where they force you to use Whitesky. Honestly, I don't know how these ******* are still in business. Every time a storm comes through the wireless access point they installed in my apartment powers down. Every time I call them up they send some j****** "technician" to fix the problem, who will do something and then report the problem resolved and leave without even bothering to check and see if it was actually resolved. I then have to call back and get somebody else to come out and find out why the access point isn't getting powered, which they tell me will take a few business days for them to come out and do so. Completely Unacceptable! This company needs to be held up as how NOT to run a business.

      Worst internet service ever. They use a shared brodcast technology, which means your internet can come from other sources. They claim this is secure, however, its not. Their speeds are substandard and they make up every excuse in the book. They service the apts I live in and you have no choice but to use them. $75/m for <100 mbps up and down. Whitesky is a reseller of Frontier.

      The worst company I've ever seen. The second you tell them your issue is "resolved" they allow the issue they "fixed" to resume. I have been trying to get them to fix my ethernet port and wifi for months, only having 10 useless tickets and a bunch of made-up "resolutions" to show for it. All of this for a "resolution" of 1/100 the internet speed I should be receiving. This company does nothing to fix negligence on their part, and will not think twice about letting you go weeks without a stable connection. All I've wanted for 4 months now is what I'm paying for, while all I've received is countless wasted hours "debugging and resolving" the issue for a less reliable connection than a hot spot.

      Figured I'd take the ****** and move into a community that uses whitesky.. seriously was the worst decision. Now I'll be moving again as soon as the lease is up and have to pay all the moving costs again. It's not worth it. If your only option is whitesky, run.
