Horrible service. The internet goes out in the middle of the night. You cant talk to anyone over the phone to fix the problem. I have left multiple messages and going on day six with no internet.

The worst internet provider Ive experienced without comparison. My building uses White *** as a mandatory internet provider. In the three months living here, service has been lost for several days on two occasions and will intermittently go out for shorter spans of time. The support also is incredibly frustrating to deal with as the higher support seems to always have too many calls to handle. Currently on day four without internet and no solution has been offered.

The most disappointing internet provider Ive ever experienced. Its even more frustrating that they specifically claim that theyre great for student-living because its so reliable. I havent had consistent wifi for 2 hours straight and Ive been here since august. Calling customer service is useless. They say theyll send someone one to fix it or theyll have someone on it asap but sure enough its a lie. I dont even think theyll make up for all of their shortcomings so I dont see a point in trying to seek compensation. I hope they decide to reach the bare minimum functionality soon.

Unfortunately I would like to rave over the service, but the network is consistently down and customers support lacks the proper training and or information. Very frustrating.

The worst internet service provider on planet earth. Internet goes down every single time the wind blows. If you are ever considering moving into a community which uses (and therefore you also must use) WhiteSky, go elsewhere - specially if you work from home. I have lost serious money this year due to them going down at all times of the day and night. I have had to resort to paying for a mobile hotspot just so I can have internet when I need t because WhiteSky is so unreliable. Makes no sense for me to be paying double for internet but I have no choice. How this company stays in business with their terrible service record is beyond me.

Moved into an apartment in Dallas that uses Whitesky as their ISP. It's fine WHEN it works.
However, the Internet's been out at least 4 times (as in day-long outages) in the last month I've lived here, with some occasional spotty "brownout" days where our upload speeds max out at about 0.2 mbps. When most of the residents are WFH (like myself) or are remote students, losing internet once per week for an entire day essentially means losing a full day's pay or an entire day of schoolwork.
Each of the 4 outages were blamed by Whitesky as fiber line breaks due to some third party technicians or whatever. They promised restoration of internet within a few hours, which in reality was actually about 8 hours later. If you've got Whitesky, or are in an apartment/school residential living complex that uses it, expect terrible service (if any at all); they've got nine 1-star reviews here for a reason.
