    Purchase of furniture in approximately the amount of $5000 in October 23. The furniture was not delivered until December 2023. In April of 2024 we filed a warranty claim. The repairman came out in June , worked on the furniture in July. The furniture was still not functioning properly. I called and requested the manager return my call. I left several messages. I called again two weeks later and the repairman came back out. He states he would be ordering new seats for the sofa and that the recliner did not function properly and he could not repair it. He said he would write up the visit and order seats for sofa as well as let manager know to call us. He also stated he would let the manager know the recliner could not be repaired and the entire seating of the sofa would need replaced . Another week has passed and the manger nor employee has called or contacted us. We spent what we feel is a large amount on furniture that we have not been able to use. It is poor quality and has not been functional. We would like a refund due to the poor workmanship, quality and fact the furniture does not function properly. Furniture is an investment that should provide years of comfort to for our family. We have not been able to use this furniture since it was purchased.

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.  We were informed buy the technician from Hi Tech Furniture repair that the recliner was successfully repaired, and was working properly.  Regarding the sofa cushions, they are currently on order.  As soon as they arrive, we will replace them for the customer.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The business manager/owner has not returned my calls to discuss this matter. The  repair technician sat in the recliner, checked in from underneath and specifically stated that the recliner cannot be repaired and does not function properly.
