      I feel like I have been the victim of fraud. I visited the ****** location in February. A young man encouraged me to subscribe to their $30 per month wash your car anytime plan....with a recurring credit card charge. I declined, saying we did not do recurring monthly charges for car washes. Now I see on my credit card invoice that they signed me up anyway and I have been charged monthly for the last several months! ***** customer service would not address the fraudulent subscription....but simply agreed to cancel my "account" ( that I never signed up for.) Consumer beware!!

      I was charged for service I did not receive. They kept my card on file and created a membership in my name; which I did not sign up for. They refused to give me a refund. I spoke with *********.

      I was double billed for months before I realized it and finally had to get my credit card company involved to resolve the dispute as the car wash company stopped returning my calls and emails. It appears now my account has been cancelled without notice. It is my opinion that it was cancelled in retaliation for involving my credit card company in pursuing the claim. In addition to the above, they also decreased the level of wash without notice but continued billing the same and also at one point increased the monthly rate without notice. Furthermore, their customer service is lousy and incredibly difficult to get ahold of as the phone number listed is not monitored. You have to leave a message and hope that someone calls you back. At the end of the day, good riddance, I would rather wash my car myself or take it somewhere else even if I have to pay more.

      Expected to be able to have multiple car washes in a month for $26.95.Did not expect to have an ongoing monthly charge. Page is missing on their website to manage your subscription. Have called three times and have not been able to reach a person.All I want to do is cancel a subscription I didnt know I had agreed to.

      I would give the a 1/2 star if I could. I have been patronizing this business for years but after my experience today. I no longer will use this car was for my personal vehicles or my company vehicles. The representative signed me up for a membership I expressly did not want and insulted me by telling me that he was doing me a favor this is for the location that is in ****************

      i went to get my car washed and they automatically signed me up for recurring service every month without my knowledge. i called the customer service and they stated they could only refund 1 month. I advised to them i didnt sign up for this but they told me their service is membership only . I have used this service during the summer and paid 1 charge for a car wash for the month and was given a card i could use on any car. when i went back in october they sold me a pass again but said only the. car i was driving could be used for the month. i got my car washed that day with the most expensive service available as i was selling the car. I was not told anything about being signed up for recurring charge of ***** . i called and requested service cancelled and all charges reversed and they said no only 1mo and will cancel. I want all charges reversed
