Very rude because I decided to go with another company. Called me multiple times but would never give me an estimate. So we went with who gave us an opportunity to choose.

Poor communication with client from the beginning!. Tried to over charge client $1875.00. Office Manager did not call client to rectify the over charge as requested by email and telephone call on May 24, 2023. I have ******* financial company from releasing anymore funds. The Roofing Service Agreement was added incorrectly (actual total $3460.00) the total charged $3,500.00. Requested from financial company $3550.00 on contract. On April 12, 2023 Cardinal Roofing was paid $1775.00 then at end of project requested from financial company $3550.00. No person of authority has retuned my calls. The financial company checked their copy of the Roofing Service Agreement and their copy states $3500 has does my copy and could not understand why Cardinal Roofing is requesting the loan amount of $3550.00 and why the additional $50.00 more than Roofing Services Agreement. *************** confirmed that on Apr 12, 2023 Cardinal Roofing received the $1775.00. Why Cardinal Roofing is asking for over the total loan amount, is puzzling & cannot understand another disbursement for $3,550.00 on May 24, 2023. Office Manager is the person who requested over payment. Apology is not enough for business practices such as this!
