    I typically go everyday for a large *************** light ice. When I have my children in the vehicle, I will order more. Over the summer the drive thru employee had my order wrong and he advised me to go back around. I requested a refund. The manager told me to pull forward to a parking space stating it wasnt a money window. The employee in the background called me a b**** I wasnt going to go back and didnt for months. My daughter asked me to go back. 2 months in they messed my order up again different manager told me to go back around. I requested a refund she asked for my receipt. Mind you their printer has been out of paper for days. Commented convenient. Rather than ring up my soda she refunded me. Both managers I have encountered were very rude, both had very snide remarks. First manager came outside and tried to open my passenger door. When I stated I wouldnt be back this most recent time manager told me dont come back. They need training in customer service and de escalating. Their support staff for the most part is great but management is racist, rude and bad for business.

    This location sucks!! It is rare that I place an order at this location rather it be for delivery or drive thru and there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. I placed an order through Door Dash that came from this location. My fries were cold and tasted as if they had been sitting out most of the day, I didnt receive one of my drinks, and I didnt receive my hot fudge sundae!! I understand since ***** among other things going on the quality of a lot of things have gone done especially in the food industry. This location needs to take more pride in hiring a crew that wants to do more than earn a check. They also need to hire a crew that can read and knows how to double check an order to make sure it is correct before it leaves the facility. Obviously management is lacking to allow this type of service. I have worked food service and retail in my years of working and one thing I can proudly say I cared enough about my job to prepare food as it should and treated and talked to people the way I want to be treated! I am so disappointed in this location!!!
