    Went without water on 09/15/2024 for at least 10 hrs. Water is still not on. Elderly people live on the street. No warning, no communication from the company. Called and got some answering service from another state. No information . Sorry customer service. What kind of ********************** company closes three days out of the week with no service. Ridiculous.

    We turned on gas on a empty house for the painter, however, the painter did not work out, no gas was used at all. We requested to cut off within the same month. After we requested to cut off on the phone, and paid what we thought was the final bill, they billed us two more months. I called, instead of making the adjustment, they billed us another month! They do not admit that they make mistakes and make you pay for their mistakes. Watch out!
